Had a fab meal all really fresh and hot, lovely service from our waitress and Matt who greeted us and served us our drinks was exceptional

Must say this has gone up slightly since my last visit the food was actually very nice and very hot the staff were polite and helpful good value for money

A quick catch up for a friends birthday the menu has been reduced but had the curry selection and have to say the food has improved from the last time I ate in here it’s was a week day evening all the tables were wiped down and very clean

Had a fantastic time at the sarsons Didn’t book but was seated anyway Our waitress was a lovely young lady called Emilia Nothing was too much bother for her she was so sweet Hope she gets recognised for her good work Well deserved We will return again in a few weeks

We had Sunday lunch here and enjoyed it very much. We had a warm welcome and all the staff were great throughout. The food was delicious and piping hot. There's an outdoor eating area with shelter and a patio heater as well as a basket of blankets and hot water bottles by the door. Very reasonable prices, we will return.

Visited tonight as staying locally for work. Friendly welcome as soon as I came in the door.WiFi was made available so I could catch up quickly with emails. Gentlemen looking after my table was excellent, knew when to come over and kept that Guinness glass topped up!No faults with the food, clean plates all around.Fantastic job in trying times.Will most definitely return!!

My wife and I had our first lunch time meal here today but it wasn’t that good. I had beef burger that had been freshly cooked and was excellent. Unfortunately the rest was very poor; chips that were solid in the middle, coleslaw that was not at all fresh and very dry and onion rings that could have been anything round and tasteless. My wife’s beef was very tough and fatty and her roast potatoes (that I tried) were solid in the middle. Might not have been typical, but it was on that day!

I booked for Xmas Day lunch as I just couldn’t be bothered to cook it myself this year chose Sarsen’s Stone as we go there regularly the food is always good the service fantastic! Chrissie her team did not disappoint our Xmas Day lunch was the best I’ve ever had! The menu choice was great the price very competitive. I had originally booked just for four of us, but when I realised my two elderly neighbours were on their own I rang spoke with Chrissie to see if she could add them to our table! No problem at all she said, but wasn’t sure what choices on the Xmas menu would be available. My neighbours were delighted and in fact had full choice of everything.
