"If I could give these guys a ten I would!!! Some of our family booked a camper van pitch at Highlands as our original plan was to have a small family party/gathering at the van. However weather put an end to that idea so we called Martins For assistance. We were a group of 8 with a wheelchair and someone with Motor Neuron with us, plus we had all traveled from all over Uk to be together for birthdays and quality family time. Martins Team were exceptional!!! From the first phone call they offered us space without question, said we could stay there as long as we liked and no issue with some party bits and pieces. We also had a silent disco with us to use and they were more than happy for us to use this. The staff when we were there, couldn’t do enough for us. They were so friendly, nothing was an issue and they truly helped make a memorable weekend. Thank you to you all!"

Stayed at the holiday park and decided to eat here as had good reviews. We were disappointed. It was nice and busy but very understaffed. Grumpy bar staff. The only waitress struggled to keep up with clearing and cleaning tables. Very basic pub grub.

Very expensive for a place to take families to eat, check the menu before ordering. Chicken goujons were £2.00 each, same for the fish. £8.00 or £8.50 per portion, lots of batter, not much fish, shame, could be ideal but they do have a captive audience.

The bar is a lovely clean well run place with enough of a selection to keep everyone happy. There's a lovely large cabinet full of cake. Other highlights are the large TVs, wifi and pool tables. We'll be back to discover more about the fire service too!

Indian night buffet, plenty of the cheaper dishes, rice Nan break, potatoes but the smallest amount of the meat curries. Even being an early dinner there was barely an inch in the serving pan. Then the desserts almost £7 for a slice of a selection from the cabinet

Would not return to this so called restaurant, this is why. Order a prawn salad which said it had the following prawn, peppers, tomato, mixed leaf salad, cucumber and lime and chilli dressing. When it arrived it had frozen prawns, no peppers,no cucumber,L could not detect any lime and chilli dressing

Visited here several times during our stay at the Highlands End. Breakfast was lovely, dinner was also lovely and massive portions so good value for money! Lots of deals and offers on throughout the week! The soft play is great for babies and toddlers, but not so much older kiddies. Slightly over-priced for what it is. Would recommend to others!

Read so many good reviews about Sunday Lunch ... so disappointing! Meat was tasteless, potatoes under cooked and not crispy, cabbage very watery, Yorkshire 's flat and doughy etc etc, only thing on the plate worth eating was the cauliflower cheese. Guess we were just unlucky, but we wouldn 't brother again, very expensive inedible meal... we were asked why we hadn 't eaten our meal, after explaining the response was all feedback welcome . ?????

After walking to find Downhouse Farm (which was closed due to staff sickness) we walked to Martins. This is set within a caravan park. Beautiful views overlooking the glorious countryside. We came in to a warm welcome staff were more than accommodating to our family of four who hadn’t made a reservation. We had the carvery. We all left with full bellies. Food was good not overpriced considering it was Easter Sunday. Costa coffee also available. Definitely worth a visit.
