"an original concept; the dishes depicting on a treadmill just in front of the tables; only use the color codes on the plates indicate the price of the dish; in the end - if as I do not look (I mean by that we take what please-) the addition turns out to be salted ... 60E for 2 .tout is fresh, of very good quality, it is undeniable, the algae salad and the salmon tartare are a feast, really !a do once ^_^"

It always remains a little expensive matsuri, but combined with the fork -(30,%) it remains intertwinable (60 € a 2), we have enjoyed it

original concept that always appeals to big and small! the final counting of the plates by color allows to check the multiplication tables of all, and the subtraction of the wallet!

very good family time in the colors of the japon. easy access near the train station, spacious room, very good Japanese dishes that unfold in front of you on a treadmill. personal care. Children and parents loved it.

mattesuri is in my opinion the best sushi and layon chain, the best masturi in town. quality and variety of dishes, friendly and professional service, pleasant atmosphere and decor. a little expensive because you pay at the plate and there is no formula at will, but you find good promos on the fork. and then quality has a price.

a must to visit, just to diversify a trip to a sushi restaurant. The food that passes on the plates near you makes you try everything. It is only when the awareness comes that you see a lot of empty plates near you, which will then be perfectly counted and billed. The breads are delicious, so the same as the rest of the varied dishes.

"My wife and I dined here on a Saturday night (having made a reservation several days in advance), and it was one of the best dining experiences we have had in France in a long time. We reserved for the early seating, showed up on time, and were among the first customers there. We had a small table near the door. The disadvantage is that we were occasionally wafted by a cold draft from the front door. The bigger advantage was that we were sitting near the restaurant's beautiful, precision, hand-operated meat slicer. The specialty starter is beef that has been cured for seven months with seven spices. It is sliced paper thin (and that is no exaggeration) and served heaped on a plate. Heavenly. My wife and I ordered only one of these plates and it was more than ample for the two of us.That was followed by our starters. I ordered the minestrone marocain légèrement épicé comme à Tanger (Moroccan minestrone, lightly spiced as in Tangiers), and my wife the rillettes de crabe aux petits légumes et Granny Smith (shredded crab with little vegetables and pieces of Granny Smith apple). Both were delicious. For our main dishes I had a pavé de cerf (deer steak), which was ample and perfectly cooked. My wife had fish, also cooked to perfection. I don't recall the wine we ordered, but the choice was from wines that were at their peak (not just wines one or two years old), yet the prices were reasonable. One remark about the decore: it manages to be a bit traditional and modern at the same time, with reproductions of paintings by Modigliani and various early 20th-century (mainly French) artists adorning the wall.Overall, a restaurant worth going out of your way for."
