This is an outstanding hotel with exceptional staff who are both helpful and friendly. The evening meal was top-notch, and my room was lovely, featuring a very comfortable bed. The only downside was the lack of TVs in the bar, which meant I had to go to my room to watch the football!

It's a McDonald's selling McDonald's you know what you are getting! Fairly tired setting, few lurking teenagers, not particularly warm our fault for calling at 23.00 on way home from mid week football. In out in 20 minutes, think it's called fast food! A coworker came to ensure my order was correct, and the staff member who delivered my meal waited patiently until I confirmed that everything was right. As a vegetarian who doesn't eat meat, I ordered an "ask me!" with extra salad and cheese, specifically without any meat. Previously, this had been an issue, but today was different. The manager assisted the staff to ensure my order was correct, and we enjoyed a wonderful meat-free meal. I wish more options were available for vegetarians at other locations.

I just stopped by on my way home and ordered five breakfast meals at the drive-thru around 10:40. I was asked to pull up, and they said my order would be brought to my car. After waiting 15 minutes with no sign of my food, I asked one of the staff members who was delivering orders where mine was. She returned five minutes later to inform me that it was still being prepared. Another ten minutes passed, and then a manager came to my car with the wrong order, asking me what I had actually ordered. By that time, it was past breakfast hours, so I requested a refund.
