I visited this place at 10:30 PM. There were two people working the registers and three people in front of me in line, but it took a really long time to get served, and all I wanted was a McFlurry.

The service felt robotic and impersonal. I encountered extremely poor attitudes from the staff. Additionally, the apple pie I ordered had its expiration sticker ripped off and placed on the food warmer, which was concerning. View menu

Never had any mistakes on any order I made, it gets mad busy but still quite organised so I can't fault it really. Brilliant McDonalds. The specialty burger is a must-try! Plus, there is ample parking on-site, and you can enjoy complimentary parking in the lot.

I recently ordered the "Big and Cheesy with Bacon" at the counter and explicitly asked for it to be prepared without lettuce or onions. The burger was handed to me as a take-away in a timely fashion. However, while I was eating it on the M4 heading east, I was unpleasantly shocked to find onions mixed in with the melted cheese, as well as a long brown hair! It's clear that health and safety standards are not being adhered to at this fast food establishment. This experience was absolutely revolting. If you have dietary restrictions, be cautious: they completely ignore your requests, and to top it off, they include a hair for an unwelcome surprise. View menu
