Wonderful experience in the center of Polignano. Very tasted food, well introduced and with high raw materials. Wine selection is amazing and the suggested paring suits the expectation. Nothing to complain about the environment and the dishes, but bleeding the customer, especially foreigners, by charging 130 for two bottles of wine which costs 15 euros per bottle is a real theft. The restaurant is located in the heart of Polignano overlooking the sea and the statue of Domenico Modugno. Excellent welcome, very nice interiors and a special mention for the open kitchen... Fantastic. The raw tastings were not all to my liking, in particular some oysters, the staff was not always very attentive, but.... the owner always looked out and checked the guests with just a glance. It was enough to meet mine and understand that we needed it. GOOD BOY...

Excellent tasting menu, great variety of courses, you certainly won't go home on an empty stomach (it's certainly not an all-you-can-eat menu). Remember to report your allergies/intolerances or unwanted ingredients when booking to better enjoy the menu. Always present table service, new and very well-kept restaurant, open kitchen, strategic position next to the statue of Domenico Modugno and the panoramic terrace. My partner and I have been to this restaurant several times and we have never been disappointed, on the contrary! Very welcoming place, staff of rare kindness and professionalism, attentive to every need and very nice! We decided to try one of the two tasting menus offered with wine pairing and the sommelier guided us throughout the experience, carefully explaining each choice! Each dish tastes better than the other! Excellent raw materials, perfect combinations: in the mouth it was an explosion of new flavors every time! I really recommend this experience!
