Hi Ive ordered twice from here, twice I ordered 5 children meals, which come with fries and drink,twice I did not get it on first delivery, once they delevired the chips an hour later then first delivery, the chips were uneatable, oil soaked through, second...time, the send out 1 drink and chips, when I ordered 5 meals, they charged full money for meals, did not get full meals, very disappointed, will not be ordering from here again. Went as a group for the first time, as we had read some good reviews. Dissapointed with the food and the place. The Borta was very cold, they must've kept it in the fridge overnight. We went on a Sunday, so away from the hassle...of govt. food scheme. The chops was black, tough and overcooked. The only saving grace was the meat curry, which was good. The decor was a typical Bengali dirty place but the price was expensive for what it is and the place. Surprise about the good reviews, do these ppl not eaten in a cleaner environment and better food?

Ordered food over the phone for collection, asked to make it fresh and they promised the food was cooked on same day. EVERYTHING WAS GANDA (OFF) veg samosa was off and tangy and slimy. SHEEK kebabs were out of date and the gulab jamuns were...raw inside. I called them up and all they did was apologise and thats it. I spent £40 on food and nothing was right besides the naan bread and dhaal. So disappointed please avoid. THIS HAS HAPPENED MANY TIMES. OWNER MUST BE AWARE AS SO MANY PPL COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS SHAME I HAD TO ASWELL. WILL REPORT TO HEALTH AUTHORITY TOO. IN THIS PANDEMIC THIS IS NOT ON.

we have organized a Nikkka event for my friend and everything was great from service to eating. the workers were very patient with us, as we did the night before and in, helped us with the things we needed to do. they were also patient with us on the day and have adapted the service according to needs. they stayed late to help us to disassemble, and the younger workers stayed over the end of their shift to load the car. the staff that should not be the day also came in and helped. we were very grateful that they went beyond and beyond. the food was also really delicious so overall, a massive thanks! my friends nikah recipe was kept here recently and I was so impressed by and grateful for the great service we received. mishti desh really went beyond and beyond to welcome us. from us come the night before we set up to change the layout. after our desire, help us with technical things on the day, help us to disassemble the decoration over their switching time (and in a case if they should not even work on this day, even help us to load the car and a young man also let me borrow his phone charger. eating was also delicious as usual. thanks to all at mishti desh that everything goes smoothly and for all their help!

I thought Mishtidesh will be good place so order a take way , but guys meet is poor quality , with fat on the meat and borne only , taste is so bad i cant even eat to much spice only spices smell chicken curry...is like keema paste , price is high , i my self and my family will not go for anything , oh there mishti is so poor quality only u can taste is sugar , i made a compline the owner with the glasses told me in a bad way don't like don't come then , we are not asking you to come , i told him will not recommend to any one he just laugh and look at me bad ways , rudely says take your mony back and dont come back again we don't care , guys if there takeaway and delivery service is bad i ha...

What at first seemed like a possible mistake, turned out to be an obvious attempt to scam people! I went to purchase something for takeaway, the man at the counter said the bill was £10.50. He held out the card machine so I could tap...for contactless payment, I couldn't see the card machine screen as he held it away from me. He then handed me the VISA debit receipt, luckily I checked and it said £12.50. I told the man that he charged me £2 extra, his response was strange. Not apologetic, didn't seem surprised.
