"Great place with a real Italian atmosphere. There is at least one option as starter, the bruchetta, and it tastes really good. The salade with raspberry vinaigrette looked vegan on the menu, but forgot to ask to make sure. The don't have vegan dessert, but we didn't have enough room after the main course to mind that. There are two vegan options for the main course, both pizza. The vegan cheese pizza and vegan rustica. Both taste great. Sevice was great. Will eat here again"

Here are two vegan pizza options. Once with plenty of spinach and tomatoes and the other with tofu, jalapeños and tomatoes. The pizza was very big and fluffing. The Bruschetta was also very delicious. Vegan Dessert didn't exist. Reservations are advisable at peak times.

The restaurant has two labeled vegan options on the menu, a cheese pizza and one with hot peppers and tofu. The cheese pizza is very creamy, I almost doubted whether or not I was eating vegan, but it was really good! As an appetizer, we had Bruchetta, which is naturally vegan and the housewine Pinot Grigio, which was vegan too (after checking the internet). I highly recommend the restaurant if you're looking for an Italian night out.

"Disappointing stay. The rooms were very basic. The walls were thin enough to hear phone notifications 3 rooms away and the traffic outside. We might as well have had no pillow with how flat it was. Unstable furniture. Shared bathroom. As for the restaurant on site, when we checked in, we had to pre-order our food for the night, which is very unusual. When we arrived at the restaurant after waiting for our time slot, we still had to wait a while, and our food came out literally ice cold on dirty dishes..yuck! When confronted, the staff seemed displeased that we complained about frozen vegetables and food floating in our beers. The kitchen staff didn 't speak German or English very well and seemed unsure about their own menu. When ordering dessert, we received only a part of what was listed on the menu, and when we nicely told them we wanted what we ordered, they started talking loudly about us in the kitchen. All food was premade food that somehow got messed up. The photos on Google for the food are not updated, so we were expecting quality food and good portions. Very uncomfortable and disappointing experience. There are not many restaurants in Elend, so I suggest eating before you arrive. The included breakfast was okay, but the food (vegetables, lunch meat, cheese) was left sitting out, and the coffee mugs were dirty. The only perk to this hotel is the normally 5-minute short trip to the train station to get to the Brocken summit. However, the road in Elend is currently blocked and requires a 23-minute detour. Pay €10 more and get a better hotel in the outskirts. Rooms: Tiny, uncomfortable, loud. Food drinks: Unsantiary, frozen, small portions."
