"Love the food, service could be better. I have visited Moose Crosby on several occasions. I love the menu, the choice is amazing and wonderfully different than anything in the surrounding areas. The food is well presented and generous in amounts. The only complaints I have about Moose is about the poor service. On my last visit (Saturday morning) I was told there was no hot drinks whatsoever as the machine had broken (and remained broken for the rest of my visit). I was quite dissapointed then to see people on the next table drinking tea, we werent offered tea which would have been nice. There was also a lenghtly queue of customers waiting to be seated and the staff were very reluctant to put 2 tables together to accomodate a party of 4 which I found most unfair. I overheard the waitress telling them they were for parties of 2 only. On a previous visit to Moose I asked for some cranberry sauce to accompany my breakfast to be told quite abruptly We dont serve it . I find the staff quite rude and busy talking to each other. I love the food but the service puts me off. Hope Dale St service is better!!!"

Top Breakfast. Visited here on a quiet sunny Sunday morning, pleasant surroundings, helpful staff, I had the Manhattan brunch which was on the specials board. Superb belly filler could not finish the plate and I am a big lad who likes his food. 5

I had a fantastic experience at Dake Street! I ordered the Pancakes with syrup, but was disappointed that I couldn't have scrambled eggs on the side. This restaurant is the closest I've found to American Dining, with the right atmosphere, friendly staff, and great products. The sandwiches were very tasty!

I visited Crosby Moose Coffee today and found it delightful. Unfortunately, we arrived after the kitchen had already closed, but we were still able to enjoy a rich hot chocolate, latte, and a delicious slice of Victoria sponge cake. After looking at the menu, I noticed that the prices were a bit high, with the specials priced similarly. Were there any deals available?
