"Great food. I wish I were more ready or enjoy the experience. I went to Nabucco after a very long day of traveling, eating close to nothing and working very hard. I initially picked this place captured by the pictures of Veal Milanese. Funny enough in the end I chose not to order it, this time. When I got in I had an option to sit in one of the 2-3 tables near the entrance or go downstairs. I was concerned about being too close to the main door, so I asked to go downstairs. It was beautiful. Once there I realized I was definitely not dressed for the place and that probably it was not the right food for me that night: I was starving and would have hardly been able to enjoy delicacies. I ordered a sort of local meatballs which I found very good. A shame they arrived not as warm as they should have been or I suspect they would have been memorable. I appreciated a lot that when I mentioned it to the waiter at the moment of paying he immediately apologized and offered me a drink to compensate. The risotto with Veal Bone Stew (kinda) was super tasty and cooked very well. As someone who loves bread, I deeply appreciated the tray with 3 different types of fresh bread that I got served. They were all very tasty! Definitely a place to come back to once ready to enjoy it properly."

Definitely a kitchen worth for a visit. Tastes and looks of the food is perfection and almost an artwork! Really good wine!

Very good food and great service. Non-alcoholic drinks also very good. A bit pricey but worth the money. Would recommend to people who seek something else than typical restaurant food.

Good food good location, the portions were small though hahahaha. Me and my friend were hungry after eating there and had to get a pizza also. BUT it's a nice classy place, I recommend it. And the cocktails are amazing

We were disappointed cause eating there is really uncomfortable, tables are too small and dishes are oversized. Everyone was eating with the dishes on the edge as I showed in one picture, people drop forks every now and then because of this. I really recommend to reduce the tables or simply put reasonable size dishes, I know presentation wise is important bur really is uncomfortable. As for the food, the meatballs were excellent, the riso and costolleta were good. It probably got influenced by the whole experience. Service was good by the waitress. I will pass by again if I see less tables or better dishes but really I hope so cause food was good and is in a great spot of the city.

"Visited months ago The label of a vegetarian restaurant absolutely does not correspond to what Joia represents in the Italian gastronomic panorama. We are talking about the maximum expression of haute cuisine, overwhelming ideas, bold and unexpected combinations, exceptional raw materials, all served in an exclusive environment suitable for providing customers with a fantastic experience. Chef Leemann showed up in person to take the order and give his suggestions on the sequence of dishes. The service staff has always proven to be very prepared to answer all our questions or curiosities about the dish itself and this knowledge was not only the heritage of the waiter who brought the dish to our table and described it to us, but of all the staff who, even randomly, we stopped to ask for further explanation! The wine list was excellent from which we chose a Barbera d 'Alba by Bartolo Mascarello. But let 's get to the food. As entrees... and calling them entrees is definitely limiting! We were offered 2 wonderful tastings which unfortunately I cannot remember in their composition, but the first was a cream with carrot and rhubarb served in a mini terracotta vase, while the second appeared like a palette of colors where some fantastic raw materials sauces could be combined manually. My lunch then began with the Cantiam la montanara where, under a soft celery foam, there was a composition of green asparagus, spring onion and truffle on chopped borlotti beans. Fantastic dish, sublime with exceptional aromas!. I then continued with The navel of the world , a wonderfully plated dish where two types of rice are used, one as a base made with asparagus and watercress, and in the center a Venere rice cake finished on top with saffron almond cream . Finally I closed the lunch with a selection of 8 cheeses, some of which were truly exceptional, accompanied by jams/honey. Obviously the bill is in line with the proposal and with the experience. I must say that it was truly a pleasure and an honor."
