"Had dinner here on our 2nd night in Madrid at our hotel, The Dear Hotel. Such excellent service by our waitress Sarah. We started by sharing the following, Burrata de buffala, rucula, tomate cherry y pesto Gyozas de cerdo ibérico con demi-glace y cebolleta Tartar de salmón con ponzu, crema de aguacate y wasabi all excellent. For dinner I had the Lasagna de rabo de toro con demi-glace de buey which again was excellent. We ended with the Brownie con nueces y helado de dulce de leche. If you are staying in the area I would say this is a must to try on your stay. Thank you again to the staff at the Dear Hotel."

Situado el restaurante en la planta 14, junto a la Plaza de España, tiene magníficas vistas tanto a la propia plaza como al Palacio de Oriente, La Almudena. Ya solo por eso merece la pena . Si a eso le unes el amable trato, en especial de Sara que estuvo todo el rato pendiente, la cena habrá merecido la pena A destacar, las alcachofas, incluso para alguien que no es fanático de este plato. Después puedes tomar una copa en la planta 15 con todavía mejores vistas porque puedes ver toda la parte de detrás de la Gran Vía con la piscina en primer plano . Precioso
