"Ridiculous prices. I ordered the lamb pie (at £18). For this price I was expecting a substantial dish. Well, I was wrong. What came was a tiny ‘pie’ that was so unsatisfying that I then had to order another whole dish (a horrifically overpriced burger), thereby spending £40 on very little food. My friend was left starving after the lamb pie debacle and later informed me he’d had a takeaway on the way home. Management is a shambles too on arrival I waited close to 10 minutes for the manager to find our seating. I was eventually shown upstairs to some weird low seats that resembled a nursery. Back aches today after a very uncomfortable couple of hours. The only thing that exceeded the prices here was the level of heating. Perhaps if they turned it down a bit they could reduce their costs and pass the savings onto the customer. Won’t be returning here. God knows how this place survives."

Staff are really friendly and approachable I was served for drinks quite soon after I looked through the menu. The food is great would recommend for a nice, but casual meal out. The vibe around the restaurant is very lively.

The Ealing Branch was difficult to find as it was not signposted with a name or number. Despite the main dishes arriving quickly we weren't overwhelmed as the food was either dry or hard. The desserts just about saved the day although a bit on...

Firstly the drinks school, this is very good value for money if you are interested in how beers are made, what choices are undertaken how to investigate choosing craft beers. You are provided a selection variety of 5 beers (approx 1/3 of a piont,...

I've been here several times and it has improved on each occasion. The main reason for visiting is a very convenient location, plus a super sun terrace in front. Salad bowls are good, the kimchi one particularly, and so is service. Prices are quite high, but so are all the decent places in this area.

Unfriendly staff, average food and bad value for money. It was happy hour and our baby was with us. We ordered a 2nd round drinks on the dot when happy hour was finishing and the manager refused to honour it. He charged us full price and he could see we were looking after the baby whilst trying to enjoy an evening together but he didn’t care. Really poor service. There are better restaurants that respect you for spending time and money at their establishment. Not this place.

My friends and I had dinner at No 17. on Friday 14th October and we had a fantastic evening. We're not an easily pleased bunch, either! The ambience and overall design here are gorgeous, the service was outstanding (extremely friendly, welcoming and attentive) and the menu was varied enough to suit everyone. I highly recommend if you're looking for a more glamorous place to eat in Ealing I'm a local resident and this is definitely the best place I've been to. Will definitely be returning.

Super friendly staff! Great atmosphere, interiors are current but not ultra trendy, music is chill...not too loud, it exudes chic but the prices are friendly. It attracts a nice relaxed crowd. Good sized space, comfy chairs, and an outdoor area facing the square so not too much noise and traffic. I just stopped by for a pint but was welcomed just as any big-spending customer. I'll definitely come back here and if I don't, I hope to lead others here with this recommendation. It's not your iconic English pub, no football matches, or classic English fixtures, but the staff make it live up to that quintessential English hospitality. This was definitely a pleasant surprise and a gem in this part...

Mixed bag this place. I'd previously been to their restaurant in Chiswick and had an excellent experience, and similarly here in Ealing, a really good Sunday lunch prompted a Friday night visit for dinner and drinks with a friend. The restaurant is nicely laid out, chilled atmosphere, clean. But the portions were absolutely tiny and well overpriced for what you get. My friend and I each ordered a lamb pie, which were delivered to the table suspiciously quickly (so must have been pre-cooked and heated up) and barely provided any sustenance at all, although was tasty. My friend immediately after the plates were cleared ordered himself a burger, and I went and picked up a Chinese takeaway on th...
