"fabulous. on a professional trip this superb address made me forget my disappointment to be away from home a Easter Monday. irreproachable reception, smiling staff. as we go to the dawn before the opening of breakfast they prepared a complete archi food tray (pancakes, fruits, bread, jam, honey nutella). nespresso coffee makers and dodges in the rooms. the excellent dinner. dishes as beautiful as good. The beautiful decor. a heated and covered swimming pool with a hot tub. an excellent discovery. I recommend and come back with pleasure"

"A calm summer night, good company, choosing a restaurant on the port, we took our seats at Brasserie la Cybele soon to be squeezed in so our disabled friend could not even get out from around the table.The gambas were not so fresh - the persillade sauce was full of prawn feelers and tasted like prawn heads, the rice was heavy and tasteless. My friends opted for the filet mignon de porc but found their fries were frozen fries, not fresh, the onion confiture was chunky and unpleasant, the salads were under-dressed with over ripe tasteless squares of tomato tossed in.Asking for salt and pepper, more water, more dressing met with delays and then our plates were not cleared. The staff were like cafe servers, no frills.A horrible experience and for €15 one could do a lot better. It's one solid attribute is being on the water's edge but the place is like a cafe."

"Connaissant l adresse pour le resConnaissanttaurant notamment, je me suis arrêté en cours de route à l hôtel le 2 novembre 2023, chambre coquette à 79 euros la nuit, en revanche impossible selon la personne à la réception de régler la température dans la chambre ceci étant valable pour tout l hôtel visiblement !! Très surprenant et fort désagréable vu la météo de la semaine et la période, à moins qu il ne faille attendre des températures négatives, parfaitement inadmissible !!!!! Environ une heure après mon commentaire, ne croyant pas forcément au hasard, le Directeur, frappe à la porte de ma chambre, il m annonce que le chauffage est en fonctionnement, quelle belle et agréable surprise ! Comme je l ai dit précédemment, connaissant la qualité de la table, je peux rajouter à présent que nonobstant la coquetterie des chambres, je reviendrai, à mon grand soulagement et dans le restaurant avec la plus grande joie mais aussi dans l hôtel ou je n en doute à aucun moment ce genre d oubli ne puis se renouveler. Personnel de service souriants, attentifs et réactifs. Merci d avoir correspondus à mes excellents souvenirs de cet établissement depuis la fin des années 90 jusqu'à nos jours !!!!"

"My wife and I have been meaning to dine here since 2015 however as the restaurant only opens for evening meals on a Saturday, things have just not worked out. This year I made sure that we secured a table and finally made it. An excellent menu awaits, plenty of choice and judging by the various selections made by our fellow diners all appeared delighted with their choices. I am a creature of habit and plumbed for the Cassoulet which is the signature dish and I was glad I did, the meat simply falls apart and the flavours were amazing. My wife decided to select tornados of filet steak and this looked delicious, she liked it so much I didn’t even get a taste. We went for a set menu washed down with a very reasonably priced 2013 Corbiers. The ambience is superb and the staff don’t miss a thing, all in all a very memorable meal and I would highly recommend this excellent family fun restaurant. Thanks again."

"We just had lunch at the Tirou restaurant in Castelnaudary everything is perfect. The very warm staff and the old kitchen, the extraordinary cassoulet and the foie gras that I don't talk about as well as desserts, everything is homemade!!! We recommend!"
