"visita Diciembre 2019, pre-COVID19. muy cerca de la playa de la ondarreta, en la antigua, es esta taberna que mi madre había descubierto en su anterior visita a Donosti. Venimos aquí para repostar, ya que necesitamos poner algo en el cuerpo y mi madre se vistió de la estrella del pintxo del lugar. Llegamos y encontramos un agujero en una mesa alta con taburetes, el área de bar (tiempo antes de la pandemia, no sabíamos o que los bares podían cerrar) tiene unas pocas personas y más personas son distribuidas por el rollo local, mayormente de pie, informal de tomar algunas cañas el domingo para terminar el hallazgo. También tiene una parte de un restaurante que no vi, pero que es apreciado desde fuera del local. un par de varas y un par de pintxos para compartir dos personas. Oliyos, el pintxo estrella. Son unas bolas llenas de bechamel y hermosas, en lugar de carne, contundentes pero muy ricas. Tortilla de pene. buena estructura y pintura, pero un poco de soda y frío, no me apasionó. Tienen una gran variedad de buenos y antiguos pintxos, que no controlo mucho, fijado para mí como una gran opción para morder algo, el menú de restaurante es muy tradicional y también tiene menú del día. No creas que no puedes llenar el alcohol enormemente si estás en la playa o en el camino hacia el siguiente o el peine de viento."

Wow. The food and service at this place was awesome. Delicious tapas and great wine at very reasonable prices. So good we went there twice. Highly recommended.

Very close to our hotel and a great find. Superb cod, lovely salmon with crab and prawn and tasty tuna. 4 glasses of wine under 5 euro what more could you want.

Comimos ayer sábado y fenomenal. buena calidad, muy buen producto y buen precio. excelente tomate y exquisitos postres. atraer la atención la excelente y variada bodega de buenos vinos.

The pintxos bar is excellent, one of the best in San Sebastian, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The pintxos are varied and sophisticated and look like little works of art. A lot are fish based. There are bocaddilloes and pintxos on the bar and you can order hot pintxos the hake in batter and the oliyos ball are very good. Russian salad, bacalao and the peppers, olives and anchovies are the best we had on the trip. The Oliyos ball is a piece of tuna, coated in béchamel sauce then battered and deep fried very good! There is also a restaurant which is a bit disappointing. The cooking is from the same kitchen and is very simple all the creativity and attention seems to go into the pintxo...
