"On strolling through the Old Town Festival in Waiblingen we passed the Bellovedere, a small, snuggled local in the style of a family-run Italian Trattoria. Even the drink choir clearly picked up from what we had seen so far, as well as the guests who sat at tables on outdoor chairs. The heat did a rest, so we had to moisten the throat first. A cool Pils of the Schussenrieder brewery (3,00 € and an Aperol splash (4,50 € for my accompaniment, so you could get the heat better again. Luckily, a shady cookie was released. The menu, which is very interesting for a street festival, made the hole active in the stomach, and called for a satisfaction. The very nice, attentive operation – typical Italian – spontaneously reacted to my Wink. I ordered: Vitello Tonnato (10,00 € , Carpaccio vom Kalb mit Thunfisch-Sardellen Creme Vitello Tonnato my companion: Ocean Beef Carpaccio (10,00 € , Carpaccio vom Australian Rind mit Honey-Senf-Soße. Ocean Beef Capaccio What was served exceeded our expectations significantly. The pictures say more than I can express in words. Conclusion: I can only recommend a restaurant that serves a street festival with such an offer."

"Habe essen bestellt,was sehr fade geschmeckt hat.am Telefon hieß es das sie 2€ Gebühren nehmen für eine Zigarettenschachtel.Nehme ich auch so hin,aber dann ohne die Zigaretten aufzutauchen und sich die 2 Euro Gebühren einstreichen ist eine Frechheit. "The Greek restaurant Cavos in Waiblingen should today be my selected destination for lunch. It is located centrally in the Bahnhofstraße and a sign indicates the parking possibilities in the backyard. When I enter, three of the 17 tables are occupied this day. The equipment with granite floors, modern with the black thread curtains and the anthracite-colored clinker behind the counter, and covered with white fabric table tops, paper napkins, standing knives, water and wine glasses and a tulip suitable for the season is valuable. As good as I like artificial leather seats for hygiene, it is also a pity that it can be sweated very well. For greetings, Greek chemistry is presented and shortly thereafter comes sliced baguette. For dinner I grilled the dish Helena Spieß (14.50 Euro) according to traditional recipe of wooden sticks, with Pommes and Tzatziki. During another visit, I had the fish plate from the grill with potatoes (11.90 euros). The meat plate impresses with three very delicate spits. And although I rather don't like it when meat is poured over with sauce, I liked it there and because of the small amount. The pommes as they should be and also on the plate stands the garlic Tzatziki in a small bowl. Two long chives decorate the whole very appealing. While I just made the spit plate so much, the grilled fish plate was too much for me. Everything was very good. Special mention is required by the salmon, which had not been a bit dry, but rather was slightly glassy inside. I didn't expect that and was very positively surprised. Very saturating on it I found the great amount of fried squid. In all courts a small supplemental salad came before. Rarely that he consists of more than green, a tomato and a cucumber slice at Greek restaurants, he had a tasty dressing and was fresh. Unfortunately, the Greek cuisine is heavy, rich in calories, fat and the cradle is still difficult in the stomach after hours. In the cold months, the defensive will fit for me anyway. I can only recommend the Cavos for the lunch table, festive occasions, business dinners or the evening exit. I liked it there and tasted very well. The selection of mezedes is low and the Argo in Esslingen still remains my starting point."

"we stayed on 22.7.2017 at the restaurant bachofer. the restaurant is located in the middle of the waiblinger city, but parking is more than enough in the nearby market garage. Thanks to the beautiful weather we could settle directly outside on the marketplace and started the evening after greeting by the very courtesy service staff with a small aperitif. After choosing the ten-course menu, a small greeting from the kitchen was also served, bachofers meanwhile already known kartoffel stones with a very interesting Yuzu cream. exciting! the menu started with the appetizers of which I have especially remembered the outstandingly seasoned tuna tartar on the "Japanese tuna pizza". the BBQ naval tufel was the first to go! the fish was perfectly cooked and duch the seasoned and the preparation of great tasteful intensity, without however the dish too strongly dominating. the combination with the very sweet **** apricoses and the goat cheese was enormously contrasting, but overall achieved a good balance. great! the white healed in the menu was spontaneously to laugh on the teller (satisfied)...that was a bit a pity, but tasteful the result was excellent so that you did not have to miss the heald.As the first "Fleich-Gang" came a Moroccan lemon horn with a stuffed dattel and an Arab hollandaise followed by "rebock" we remained constant but this was great prepared. Nevertheless, at this time I have to note 2 things: first - and this is probably a taste and therefore my personal problem - fits a rehbock with tasty, hazelnut brioche and burial cellar of the very christianly seasoned was not so right to a beautiful summer evening with 23° on the terrace. and secondly, at the latest, I have missed the otherwise common french remains. it is simply nice to have some broth, butter and olive oil at the table, but this is also a taste -;)the slight irritation by the "Christmas Reh" was reversed by the next course, "nmm 2 by the blackmore wagyu" on the site again in spirituality. the flavor beef was brilliantly spiced, the grilled watermelon took up with its fresh the heavy of the slime perfectly and the short-fried piece wagyu was just too perfectly accompanied by smoked carrot snow. a sauce at a high level, in which the herr bachofer is completely following his now obvious but in no way disturbing hang to the sweet! However, I must say that I have absolutely not understood the Pak-Choy on the teller. this was free from saline, lukewarm and was also a bit off the rest of the composition...has you forgotten something here or do I perhaps not understand how to integrate this sweet into the court? we will probably never know -;)after a very interesting "ice-getting" cocktail came the second desert, a "spirited elderly snack"...and quite honestly: that was the deep point of the menu. my father described the resistance as "tapet glues"... which was certainly a little hard formulated, but came close to the experienced. in the otherwise so fine and contrasting kitchen bernd bachofers you could not experience anything like this here. a homogenous bree which, although acceptable, was just boring. no contrast, nothing interesting...no sweet/acid game, nothing crisp for it's mouth, no warm/cold contrast...just nothing. you might think that deserts are not the big thema for herrn bachofer and his team...until one gets better instructed:The next desert was simply brilliant and thus the best gang of the evening! a Yuzu cream in a matcha shell, a pan dan - miso - eis of enormous quality and self-made marshmallows...The aromen were all very exciting and very intense what you must mention is the excellent servie! all employees with whom we had to do were very nice, courteous and simply natural...no laid-on friendliness or too stiff behavior but much enthusiasm for the craft and the products of the house. You can say: here you can experience something! there were certainly light deductions and dinge in the individual courses that I personally found rather suboptimal, moreover I would actually wish to have a little brot and butter on the table...but in large and whole the team understands its craft here and you can recommend the restaurant. for me as a friend of the Asian inspired high kitchen it was a special joy to see also quotes from other large kitchens... especially the sashimi of the yellowtail mackerel with gurken textures reminded me of a kitchen at the Luxembourgish border, but was actually well made and provided with a separate note. so: chapeau, herr bachofer, we're coming back!"

"In the midst of a snow blower we arrived in Alvarinas in January. We had parked on the side strip almost in front of the restaurant and after that there are some stairs of the old house on the street. The welcoming by the boss is friendly and her cheerful and open way, as we find sympathy. The ambience, as in a tapas bar with simple tables and chairs, was delighted if not everything was old and absent. We can settle in the next room with about 5 tables and hear the conversations on all side tables involuntarily. It is all very bright and the sound level is increased by two ladies on the way to the toilet, whose entire private life we now know. Too much we would have divided a paella from the menu and ate some tapas. Unfortunately, this is not possible because the paella comes into a pan and the content is prepared for at least two people. Our wishlist consists of tapas. Gambas Ajillo to fried 7,80 Euro (Garnels, garlic and parsley in clay pot) Calamares romana to 8,60 Euro (Tintenfischringe, crispy fried in an egg and flour dish) Patatas Alioli to 3,50 Euro (fried potatoes with garlic sauce) Chorizo al Vino Tinto to 5,80 Euro (Spanish paprika) With this small compilation of our tapas we were also satisfied. It was such a colourful mixture that also matched well, because the bowls all came almost simultaneously on the table. We found the preparation of the individual little things successful, and basically it was easy in which nothing can go wrong. The plucked cancer meat comes from the TK and is only fried, as well as the potatoes and also the squid rings are not great culinary art. We found the small fried vegetables (paprika, zucchini and carrots) that had been tasted on the bill at 6,50 Euros. The pancreatic meat, which is not particularly tasty for our conditions and consists only of compressed meat (rue). To do this, we get cut baguette in the basket. Our Spanish cuisine is too rich and rich in calories. If it is not the fat chorizo, it is fried. Also the delicious ajoli should avoid who increases cholesterol levels. I'd have to move all customer contacts for the next 24 hours."
