"From beginning to end, Paul impressed us. The service was warm and extremely informative. We both ordered the 4 course chefs menu with wine pairings, and each dish was perfectly crafted. The wines all paired beautifully dishes. Our waiter was helpful and told us all...about the wines before we tried them, which added a lot to the experience. This was the best meal we had over our couple weeks in Europe. I would recommend Paul to anyone coming to Vienna who wants to experience fine dining with Austrian ingredients and wines. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. 10/10"

Hervorragend in Service, Zubereitung, Präsentation und Geschmack. Ein Restaurant, das qualitative Menüs zu annehmbare Preisen anbietet. Fisch und Fleisch waren so gut, dass auch Vegetarier an unserem Tisch schwach wurden. Die Weinkarte ist ausgewogen und erschließt sich intuitiv auch für Leute ohne Kenntnis. Eine sehr gute Erfahrung!
