"I booked on line without any prior knowledge of Piazzetta. We were welcomed like old friends by the attentive friendly staff. The place was buzzing and I have never seen so many people being turned away as the restaurant was constantly full. We had a lovely authentic Italian dining experience and rebooked for the next evening. When we arrived we again received a great welcome and had a lovely reasonably priced meal and were offered limoncello on the house. What a lovely place! Cannot recommend it too much but given how busy it was I guess lots of people already know that"

We had bad luck with this visit. Very high noise level and guests at the side table extremely loud. The pizza from the weekly card was unfortunately not successful. Cheese very thick and not long enough baked. Didn't eat them. The Auberginenauflauf, on the other hand, was good as we know and are used to this place. Maybe there's the usual quality again at the next visit.

Cheese very thick and not baked long enough. Didn't eat them then either. The aubergine casserole, on the other hand, was good, as we know and are used to from this restaurant. Perhaps the quality will return to normal next time you visit

The waiter was unfortunately very inattentive. Initially ignored minutes to order an aperitif. Glasses were not refilled. A quiet table was desired, but we sat in the middle of two large groups. Food was ok, but the praised buffala wasn't fresh, noodles with black truffle floated in oil. Dessert could not be ordered as nobody came to the table to ask. Sorry for that, as I love Italian cuisine .. Maybe it was because it was Monday
