"zeche: €86.00 in general: the desire for a change at the house front should be met by Spanish cuisine. when the visibly don carlos leave, I remembered a good meeting of the pio that leads in the subtitle restaurant and tapas bar. the pio is located on the main road between the mountain mansion (hotel entrance swissôtel and the heartdentorsteinweg). there's a little gastro mile. in the morning the pio will be visited as a restaurant after our observation, later the bar operation can be in the foreground when the public is drunk between the city center/sleep and the railway station in the birkenstraße or from the cinema (city rivers). on Friday evenings were mainly outdoors at 20:00 clock. the public rather feminine and rather unstilized. If you like to drink a cocktail and eat iberian, then the pio is suitable for a return. we will continue testing where some more refined Spanish cuisine is offered in creams. I see the price-performance ratio at four (of five rk stars) in the portions. the pio has an internet presence: [hidden link]. service: before and behind the tresen are five younger forces dressed evenly with black upper part and black waiter skirt. they work fast and inconspicuous. there is probably no tabular assignment and therefore it is asked twice. the drinks and eating came quickly or at pleasant intervals after ordering. that act in such a house that is not always capable of the table is in the industry. thus not to criticize anything correctly, but also not positive behavioral vulnerabilities. so something in the gray area between three and four stars. I turn very close to four stars. on the table are the normal drink card, the wine card and the cocktail card. together there is a plentiful selection of drinkable. for the cocktails is a mixer in the right opposite. the cocktail card is available on the website. drink prices: for 0.3 l pilger will be proud 2,90 €, the water 0.75 l comes to usual 5,10 € and the 12 open web shop 0.2 l start at 3,90 €, which is acceptable in quality. nine bottle wines in the band width between 15 and 38 € complete the wine offer. they can also order from open wein o,1 l, but then a small surcharge (2,40 € in the 4,50 € price class must accept. we had a pinkda tempranillo and a Chilean cabernet sauvignon el aromo at 4,50 € per and were satisfied. beside many tapas, it offers a complete selection of suppening, over appetizers, salads, meats and fish dishes, paella dessert. we first chose a toast carrot garlic suppe (4,00 € and the cold warm tapas variations (16,50 € my suppe was very hot, ally and tasty; the cripple note discreet. the suppe came in a larger and plentiful filled bowl on the table, with some slices of average stabbrot, which also accompanies us otherwise. for 4,00 € a very solid performance. the tapas plate consisted of five different tapas, which were served in a slightly larger table. in the shell standards (with fresh cheese filled red paprika, datteln in speckmantel, meatballs in tomato sauce, fried garnel, kartoffel thunfischsalat, nothing particularly high-quality or particularly tasteable. but the aioli was very successful. it is served in a unfortunately very small exfoliation. it tastes like a homemade aioli with fresh egg yolk, but was somewhat too liquid (from the consistency should stand a genuine homemade aioli. Nevertheless, we were pleased that after many boring industrial sauces we are served with garlic powder, often French as aioli on the map. it can be ordered separately for € 1.60, otherwise the total share with aioli and brot was very in the order of the price. after this first pass we decided to promote a little further in the map. my companion chose a mixed salad with wings, aioli and brot (8,90 €) and I chose the boar-back steak with chorizo somego filling, rosmarinkartoffeln and medium-meergemüse (14,90 €). the salate was praised with many pieces of lever, only the soft vegetables that had not heard between the winged skin. my blackback came in lush portion size. the boar well roasted, but quite dry. the filling with strong cheese chorizo taste. the kartoffeln according to art iberischer pommes. under the blackback a few spoons sweet à la ratatouille. also a shell with a side salad. in toto there was a highlight with the aioli, otherwise fixed to something. the portions very noticeable and thus also the four stars at the pw. for the cooking performance I want to leave it at 3.49 stars. the small gastromile in which the pio is embedded does not affect me first, perhaps also because of the proximity of the railway station. but in pio they can stay good. enter the pio, the gas room expands to the right and left and you look at the long theke. there are several baroques that underline the mere character of the pio. the interior design and the furniture can be viewed well on the internet side in a 360-degree swing. the whole impression is a little dark. this lies on the dark floor in wood optics, which is somewhat brighter is partly on the wall and deck repeated, carmine red wall sections and a subtle lighting with highlighted bar. on the walls some large mirrors offer an optical magnification. that would not be necessary, because it is not too narrow, even in the mere wooden tables and between them. an environmental effect that generates a coherent overall impression, on the left and right of one entry two protected table rows covered by the above upper floor and another unprotected table line on the trottoir. the toilets are in the cellar. the herrentoilette a dream in marble! The tapas here are very fresh and tasty. Excellent food, really. But the staff... They lifted the art of 'ignoring guests ' to a new level. We had planned to go to another tapas restaurant based on Trip Advisor reviews but it was too busy so we ended up here instead. We were served by 2 different waiters, one was very attentive and friendly, the other much more disinterested. The food was ok, but not authentically Spanish to my mind. The portions were decent sizes, but I'm used to more interesting flavours from Spanish food. If I could give this a rating of 2 and a half, I would...it doesn't quite deserve 3, but 2 is a bit harsh!

"in general: in the “Q1 metropolitan kitchen bar” expect a “most popular dishes from the trendy new yorker town parts little italy and Soho”. “The offer is rounded off by the best prime beef steaks from the lavasteingrill.” now I don’t count to those who follow trends and read the reading of the q1 with an “Aha” schnarch and no “Oha” inspiring. But for a once again pleasing evening with good friends and the claim to find a restaurant beyond grieche, italian co., I stayed hanging after more thorough research at q1. interieur, map and interieur. after the visit I can add that the service and the atmosphere are also appealing. a complete address for the brewer's inner city and well suited for a classic "going out", the q1 is also waiting with a bar service that can prepare or complete the culinary process. the price level is raised but not yet lifted. a fuffi should be put in per head if you want to stay a little longer in q1 and are to be starved and thirst properly defeated.
