"A friend of ours, who had lived in Mexico for 3 years, told us about this restaurant and she finally got a reservation for 4 the other weekend. We went there hungry as we were curious about real Mexican food. We let her do the ordering and we were not disappointed at all. We started with 5 starter before adding some more and then moved on to the main dishes options. Everything that we tasted was delicious, fresh taste and come in reasonable portion. I particularly love the cactus salad and the Queso Fundido (melted cheese with capsicum and chorizo). A plate of lime was served (o request) for those loving the fresh taste and the bowl of sesame chille paste was always replenished with smile. When we moved on to the main dish of 4 different tortilas, I realised that I had bigger appetite than stomach, luckily my dinner companions were more than happy to help out with the second half of my dish. I had to leave some space for dessert, right? Dessert was cactus ice cream with slivers of mango, fried tortila covered in sugar and cream. It was beautiful and deliciously fresh. I was completely and happily full, but still took a sip of 2 different tequila ordered by the others. The owner and his staff were very friendly and we always smiling. They happily answered our questions about the food despite being very busy. We enjoyed a wonderful evening there, and the value for money was really good too. We paid 160 euros for 4 people, which include 2 cocktails, 6 bottles of beer, 7 starters, 4 mains, 2 desserts and 2 tequilas. We have already told some friends about this place and will get some reservations soon. Thank you Piquin for introducing our taste buds to real Mexican food."

Fantastic- off the beaten path- place. Such good food, chips, guac.... heaven. I had the poulet lasagna. It was cheesy deliciousness.

the tacos were excellent, the flexible scabs and their very seasoned trims. The service is impeccable, perfect for a quick meal at two steps from God.

We have an impression of authenticity in the dishes. We avoid the guacamole past to the mixer, the salsa in box and the melted yellow cheese cheddar imitating. the presentation is nice, the staff also (server a little space but nice)!

good restaurant overall, nice welcome and service. The dishes are good but not excellent. The quantities are pretty small to my taste. The margaritas were good, however the guacamole had very little taste. I was expecting a higher kitchen for Mexican.

as someone who sucks at speaking French, I was so happy to find a wonderful waitress that I could communicate in Spanish with. These tacos are typical Mexican style, fresh herbs and meats, on corn tortillas. Lovely selection of tequila. A most refreshing change from typical French food!

When you read the map you immediately understand that speciality is tacos. I ordered 4 and all were just excellent. Corn cakes are on site. So you can forget the dry and brittle things that are usually found elsewhere. It's so sweet, hot and it tastes like it. The fillings are at the level: various marinated meats, avocado, cactus, tomatoes, etc. This is really excellent. One regret: the card is not very provided but it will not prevent me from coming back. I forgot: the rates are reasonable.

My half is Mexican, from the state of sonora in the north of the country. So we wanted to try **** hanging can be finding something authentic. everything is good but its real plus, I asked that we raise my tacos but nothing to do... I asked for a salsa and I was brought some sort of vinegar just raised. I expected to have a salsa of jalapeños or even habaneros or chiltepines. We're not going there anymore. we prefer don taco on the peninsula where there we have a real salsa and quality tacos at reasonable prices.

"My wife and I dined here on a Saturday night (having made a reservation several days in advance), and it was one of the best dining experiences we have had in France in a long time. We reserved for the early seating, showed up on time, and were among the first customers there. We had a small table near the door. The disadvantage is that we were occasionally wafted by a cold draft from the front door. The bigger advantage was that we were sitting near the restaurant's beautiful, precision, hand-operated meat slicer. The specialty starter is beef that has been cured for seven months with seven spices. It is sliced paper thin (and that is no exaggeration) and served heaped on a plate. Heavenly. My wife and I ordered only one of these plates and it was more than ample for the two of us.That was followed by our starters. I ordered the minestrone marocain légèrement épicé comme à Tanger (Moroccan minestrone, lightly spiced as in Tangiers), and my wife the rillettes de crabe aux petits légumes et Granny Smith (shredded crab with little vegetables and pieces of Granny Smith apple). Both were delicious. For our main dishes I had a pavé de cerf (deer steak), which was ample and perfectly cooked. My wife had fish, also cooked to perfection. I don't recall the wine we ordered, but the choice was from wines that were at their peak (not just wines one or two years old), yet the prices were reasonable. One remark about the decore: it manages to be a bit traditional and modern at the same time, with reproductions of paintings by Modigliani and various early 20th-century (mainly French) artists adorning the wall.Overall, a restaurant worth going out of your way for."
