"As I am new in this area. I just went out with my mother and decided to eat at this restaurant. As soon as we walk in , we get greeted by someone called Patricia. As soon as we ask for a menu she starts looking at me and my mother in a very disgusted face, keep in mind, at this time which was around 1pm , there were barely any people in this restaurant. We ignore her disgusting face , and we sit down at the table suggested by Patricia. Continuing, we wait for Patricia to take mine and my mothers order and she finally comes to our table after 3 minutes roughly. My mother wasn’t decided yet but I was , and then Patricia has told me that she cannot serve both of us the same thing , because it would have to be separate, which was very confusing and quite rude in my opinion. Finally my mother has decided to take something as well, and when Patricia got confronted for her disgusting looks at me and my mother she blamed that we didn’t ask for a table of two at the beginning which is honestly a bad excuse. The food was very excellent , but the waiters treatment of customer was very bad and unprofessional. PS: I recommend this restaurants manager to hire new smiley faces, this lady Patricia should probably wash the dishes."

Spur of the moment decision to have a meal on a quiet Wednesday night after weekly grocery shopping chore. Great friendly service and nice atmosphere in the restaurant, food was first class as expected from this chain.

I genuinely love this place, I love how the pizzas are made thin and I don't like the crusts so it's amazing for me because there are hardly any crust bits on the pizza and it has sauce at the edges of the crisps which gives it more flavour. Layla

Not a patch on Woking branch. Found the waitresses quite curt. To be fair they were busy but my attempt to attract their attention was met with i 've only two hands and two legs. I 'm in customer service and if I spoke like that to a client I wouldn 't be in a job.

Friendly staff, service a bit slow. Pizza's were nice but not the best we've had. Reasonably priced for the quality although we had few dough balls for signing up to the app that apparently are £4.50 a portion which would be ridiculously expensive for what they are. Overall a nice experience, enhanced by friendly staff.

Lovely pizzas, fair prices and very polite and helpful staff. Been coming here for about 3 months and never had any issues. Staff have always been good on every visit. 4 adults and 1 under 5 child, we all had starters, all had a couple of soft drinks each plus 2 alcohol free beers, 4 main course pizzas and 1 children's meal £113.

The reason this has 5 stars for food and privately owned restaurants may get lower is. With a chain it is about consistency in knowing what you are getting. Like Nando’s i know what i am going to get every time. The food is great service is great there are obviously different levels to food when each dish is cooked individually in respect to a private restaurant you can rate the bespoke dish. Chain restaraunts are pretty generic I always enjoy pizza express. And service is good and quick.
