"I waited for over an hour for my delivery and when it finally arrived, the food was completely cold. I tried calling the restaurant but no one answered the phone for the past half hour. I received no dinner, no replacement, and no response from the restaurant. The service was very poor. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 and the service a 1.
