"unfortunately very unfriendly and incompetent in the way with guests! we have always ordered and taken along. today we decided to have delivered to the house and on the phone was not much said / it was not spoken by perseverance! I took 30 minutes-45 min as usual. after 1 hour I called to ask if we still have the pizza. they can be forgotten. there was unfortunately a discussion. instead of saying that much is to be done and that it takes longer than usual. a simple excuse would have been enough! Instead, I was accused of being bad and it would only work people there. what I know! only if the stress there I can't see it and ask if it takes too long?! I have exactly on my display the time when I called there and the unfriendly worker on the phone who was completely overwhelmed, I would have called 30-40 minutes ago! when what he seemed too right to him and what I said was wrong or lied. we wanted to eat about 18 o'clock and not only at seven.
