"one of the historic restaurants in Spezia. good ravioli, but a little salty, normal frying, good and plentiful grilled calamari. price now standardized to the tourist area, too bad. I asked for a bitter and was offered, among others, a local bitter, intrigued I had it brought to me and discovered that limoncino is now a local bitter... score for imagination: 10 Parking: pedestrian zone Service: Dine in"

Carbonara came out like plain spaghetti with scrambled eggs... seemed like they still just served it to us because they didn't think we would know better? Gross. View menu

You eat really well and you don't spend much. I went there twice. Unlike other places in La Spezia which cost and are worth less. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Typical Italian restaurant, we ate cold meats and foccacia as a starter and for main course we had pizza. They were excellent! The only downside is the time for the service and that there are a lot of people coming and going but otherwise great : Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 View menu

Copious, very good dishes and very kind staff. As for the price, it's unbeatable! €34 for an aperitif, 2 dishes, 1 dessert and a digestive. And finally, the atmosphere. We are in Italy and you can feel it! La Spezia is far from being a pretty town but this restaurant made us forget everything else! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20

Very good salad and fried octopus, service and staff ok (a little hectic due to the amount of tourists who showed up for dinner). The place is also equipped abroad, although it is much more refined inside. The price is correct, even though I thought I would spend 2-3 euros less. Generally speaking, recommended for the dishes offered Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

"My husband and I took the train from Rapallo to La Spezia because we had read about andree. We are so glad that we did. We chose the three course lunch and liked that there were so many options for each course. Once we experienced the food and the perfect wine pairings, we can say that the quality/price ratio was outstanding. My husband saw beef and oysters on the menu, but since we don’t eat meat, Chef Andrea kindly prepared an extra off menu appetizer for him of three raw oysters. Our ordered appetizers were sweet succulent mussels in a velvety cauliflower cream sauce and a delicious artichoke heart with almonds and Castelmagno cheese. For our pasta course we chose the calamarta pasta with black eyed peas and rosemary and the tagliolini with clams both were delicious. For our secondi piatti my husband ordered the red mullet with broccoli, anchovies, pistachios, and a light orange sauce, while I chose today’s catch, which was amberjack wrapped in chard. We switched plates midway, and we were hard pressed to say which was better, because both were fantastic. Each of the courses was paired beautifully with lovely wines from small production vineyards. Unfortunately, we lingered too long over each course and realized after we had ordered dessert that we only had 30 minutes to catch our train back to Rapallo. They insisted that we eat dessert while they called us a cab, and while we wolfed it down (instead of savoring it the way we would have liked to), we only saw after we got back that they never charged us for dessert. Chef Andrea is an extremely talented chef and a warm and generous man who genuinely wants his diners to enjoy his food. What a pleasure it was to briefly make his acquaintance and to have the opportunity to experience this exquisite lunch."
