"After the last Sunday the Greek in Bad Camberg had not only cooked us in the chef Olympus, this time we wanted to become Italians, but unfortunately there were no more places left. My heart therefore remained rather from the hardship of the Frankfurter Hof, because it had always eaten nothing from the Balkans, because this offers the kitchen especially to its guests. From the outside, the logo of the Frankfurter Binding brewery was clearly visible, so it was also clear to me that I had to go back to stock with alkfree Schöfferhofer Weizenbier. It's worse, but much better... The reception at the entrance to the restaurant was friendly, an even young lady at the service led us to our table in a corner of the guest room and handed over the menus. The guest room is bright and friendly, everything made a clean and tidy impression, except we were already eight guests. We had quickly found our dishes, Madame wanted Cevapcici (9.50 , my smallness chose an onion carving (11.50). Because of the large proportions used in the Balkans, we dispensed with the appetizers, but when ordering, I asked the young lady whether the offered onion soup is made or convenience. Large eyes saw me with a little insecure look, followed by short silence. Then the redeeming answer: if you think we prepare them ourselves. All right, then you don't have soup, so easy. The service has quickly taken up a coke light (0.2l 2) and the alk-free Schöfferhofer wheat (0.5l 3) to rinse down and disappeared steps towards the kitchen. A short time later, the drinks were served moderately, and immediately after the additional salad to our dishes. Almost I had a Déjà vu to the salad last week at the Greeks, but only almost. Besides carrot chips, there were still light beans from the glass. The herbal salad seemed to be freshly prepared, at least delicious and not after convenience. The leaf salad was cut into strips and drowned in a milky dressing, probably half an hour before the actual order. After a very short waiting period our main dishes were served. Both the Cevapcici and the onion carving were offered with Pommes Frites and Djuvecreis as supplements, as well as all other dishes. The Cevapcici were deliciously diced and probably made themselves. From the crowd more than enough, Mylady didn't do everything. The onion carving was quite large and prepared in frying, but still tasty. The associated onion was flavored with paprika powder and generously distributed over the carving. The Pommes were TK goods, tastefully still ok, the Djuvecreis quite dry, I've eaten better. At the end of the year, 26 euros were on the bill, it is still acceptable to be satisfied, but no culinary excellence can be expected. The rating is therefore as follows: Service: friendly, but unspectacular 3* ambience: nothing stunning 3* cleanliness: without complaint also the toilets in the cellar 4* food: the salad prevents more 2.5* PLV: without claims 3* or after the kitchen trip 3 (if it turns out again: you can expect nothing special, then you will not be disappointed."

"my heartdame has smashed it for health reasons camberg to reha, and so we explore at my visit in the gastronomy there. the beginning makes the Greek restaurant poseidon . we had not reserved and the last free table around 12 o'clock. had luck, and it allowed the guess that it tastes here. a young man in the service gave us the place and gave us friendly the menu. the table was already covered, the typical Greek paper napkin with vocabulary on the back was also found here, some probably never died. the cutlery on the serviette had its best times also behind it, was also more the most favorable performance that could certainly experience a renew. the atmosphere of the restaurant, despite many Greek decoration elements on the walls, is more of a railway hall atmosphere. the tables are close together and thus correspondingly loud in the gas room. the menu is very extensive (approx. 120 post) and waits with everything they expect to smell on the land. among other things from auberginensalat over bifteki, gyros, lamb, saganaki and zaziki additionally rumpsteak and carving on the map. for my too great feeling I was curious if the class of the mass would fall to sacrifice. we chose as an appetizer: fetakäse from the many (7.50) and in the main course: gyros with zaziki without the avized rice (10.50) was not on the map, was extra noted bifteki with bratkartoffel and extra zaziki (12.30) if I would probably get ordinary bratkartoffel on my teller? I've been paying attention. our drinks cola light (0.4 to 3.40) and for me earthy alkfree (0.5 to 3.20) were served quickly and well cooled. the waiting time for the appetizer was pleasant. the feta cheese was a neat portion, looked pretty and flavored delicious. beside the cheese were still red planks, green mild chilis from the glass and tomaten slices in the shape of the beginning. all delicious with oregano and olive oil, a good start. the appetizer was barely cleaned and the addition salads were already served. that fit visually and the Greek vocabulary. only really tasty was the fresh crimson salad, the greener was dull covered with edgy oil mixture, simply a freky were the carrot chips from the glass as jump. a few minutes later the main course was served. my shadow got the gyroscope with two huge, tomatized reisbällen, although extra without order. short intervention, waiter has apologised and gave the glorious tipp, they do not have to eat the rice. after a tacit came immediately the female contrast with the note, but so later something is thrown away, what nobody wanted! stupid ran, the action, the mistake goes into the kitchen, can happen, but should not. the gyros was deliciously fed, but in large and whole some twists too long on the swirl column and therefore quite dry. zaziki was at the top in the consistency and not to taste. the amount of both was more than generous. my part was also luxuriously dimensioned, but as feared there was no ordinary bratkartoffel on the teller, but so-called kartoffel chips, tk ware for the frit. If I had asked myself not to complain at all, the wall was not worth me. they were edible, no more. the bifteki was well spiced and with the inside, slightly melted feta cheese formed a fine taste note. the zaziki has also guarded, as already mentioned. there was nothing to criticize, even the toilets were impeccable. the ouzo on ́s house we have rejected or I strongly thanked, but madame doesn’t like him anyway and if I drive car then in principle without alcohol. I come to the following review: service: was friendly, otherwise neither positiw nor negatiw from the frame 3* ambiente: with much good will nor 2* cleanliness: was nor the best of all 4* eating: thanks to the appetizer it is only and for 3* plv: solid medium field, 2.5* final success: who expects nothing special will not be disappointed. after a kitchen trip a 3 when it comes back."

"we were welcomed very kindly after we had reserved a table for 2 people at short notice by email. in general the owner was very accommodating. the bruschetta was fantastic. also the pizza was excellent. the price is lawfully somewhat higher than other Italian restaurants. the toilet was very clean and the outside area is as beautiful as the interior. very cozy! we'll eat more often there."

"Hatten einen romantischen Abend bei Kerzenschein. Leckerer und gute Weine in der Auswahl. Zu empfehlen ist auch der Flammkuchen, wirklich lecker. Die Bedienung war auch sehr nett und konnte beraten und war vom Fach. Ambiente schön und der direkt an der historischen Stadtmauer, wenn man draussen sitzt. Gerne wieder!"
