"15 of us arrived after booking in advance and he forgot we were there. We had warned him that there was a person with celiac disease and he, despite having accepted, told us at the time not to make gluten-free dough (although it is present on the menu). He tried to remedy this by bringing an appetizer to the person but the waitress brought it with bread (so in the end it was not consumed as it was contaminated). With every order placed for (normal) pizzas it turned out that ingredients were missing, in the end he stopped making pizzas at 10pm and 4 other people were left without food. Staff, especially him, incompetent and grumpy (even though he was in the wrong). In the end he threatened to call the police (who obviously didn't call given the terrible sanitary conditions of the place). He literally stole our money."

Very good pizza with equally good dough! I'm from Pisa and yet I had never had the pleasure of trying their pizza, a good solution in the heart of Pisa!

I can understand all the problems in the world, but if you lack the ingredients and have staffing problems you have to point it out IMMEDIATELY, not that first you make 15 of us sit down and then you hope that people don't leave. The pizza never arrived and despite myself I left without eating.

Pizze molto buone e con qualche ingrediente particolare; prezzo assolutamente non adeguato al servizio. Sembra un posto da pizza al taglio, cecina servita sul piatto di carta, ingredienti mancanti, servizio un po’ alla buona. Ho speso 24€ da sola, bevendo acqua.
