Poor service and very rude staff. Long que to get a coffee and a bacon roll. Not worth the wait, poor quality roll and very weak coffee.

I absolutely adore the lunch menu at this restaurant. The food is always delicious and they even have a dog-friendly section with treats available for purchase.

Recently changed ownership but still a great rest stop, friendly staff, great food, fantastic atmosphere. I'm a biker and it's ideal for a place to have a break and recharge your batteries. View menu

Staff attitude was horrendous , roll wasn't the best , local bike meet plenty of paying customers and owner still moaning that her regulars weren't stopping. Definitely avoid for better customer service somewhere else..

Popped in en route to Glasgow from East Neuk 15 min before closing staff were so friendly and we enjoyed the most amazing iced fruit slice and honeymoon tray bake with a cuppa. We will definitely be back hopefully not so near closing...

We had a delightful lunch stop on our way home from vacation at this restaurant. They had a great selection of food and cakes. We savored some tasty homemade lentil soup with crusty bread, and ended our meal by sharing a huge meringue. Despite being busy, the food arrived quickly, piping hot and fresh. The restaurant was very clean with modern and tidy restrooms. The prices were reasonable and there was a variety of food choices to choose from.

Visited for the first time in years and the prices have certainly increased. £3.25p for a morning roll and 2 pieces of bacon and you still need to purchase a hot drink. This eatery is advertising locally sourced produce so surely there can’t be high transport costs. In all fairness the bacon was tasty, the coffee was lovely and served with a smile. Surely a hot roll and a hot drink offer on the morning menu would be more appealing to the public. I would return again but the owners need to look at their price structure on their breakfast menu at least.

New ownership and the Milkbar has nosedived. Recommend finding sownehere else to go as the attitude and customer service are dreadful and the quality isn't as good. We ordered jacket potatoes with coronation chicken which didn't contain much chicken and when we asked/complained the older person that served us was surly, confrontational and downright rude. It feels like the new owners haven't worked in the catering industry before and have no clue how to deal with customers (apparently the customers are never right). I would suggest the new owners go back to school to learn the fundamentals of customer service if they want their business to improve. View menu
