"We have always loved dining at this restaurant. Our children enjoy their meals every time we visit, making it a delightful experience for us all. During the lockdown, we ordered takeout from Prezzo, and I’m amazed at how they maintained the fantastic presentation of the food, just as if it were served in the restaurant. Not a single spaghetti strand was overcooked during delivery! The calamari was incredibly crispy, as if it had just come out of the pan."

Food is good. Unfortunately did not feel like it is a child friendly place due to the staff. Nobody even said good bye nor thank you.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my 16th birthday. The staff made us all feel welcome despite the existing restrictions, and they never rushed us. The meal was delicious, and we ended up taking a lot home for tomorrow.

Stay away from prezzo. Do not ever go there. Our party of 15 waited an hour if not longer for our food. Which was of a very low standard. One of the chefs also went to the toilet in his apron. We were also told we cannot split the bill as its company policy not to allow this. One positive is their pizza was good

Experienced quick service when I visited early evening, with drinks being served and order taken within 10 minutes of arrival. Food portions were generous, especially the pizzas which were large and came with ample toppings. The only criticism I have is that the staff were too attentive asking us if everything is okay on three occasions! View menu

New menu brings far less choice. We used to go here as an alternative to Pizza Express, but they are now virtually indistinguishable. Look online as you can almost always get a money off voucher for the food. The food was nice and well presented and the restaurant clean. While the service was acceptable, it was obvious the staff were having to work hard to keep up.

During the lockout we ordered departure from Prezzo, I don't know how they managed to keep the presentation of food as fantastic as when served in the restaurant.
