What a fantastic tea room! Perfect after a long walk in the rain, lovely welcome and fab tea and cakes.

We had a very enjoyable lunch. The staff were pleasant and food was amazing. This definitely deserves a second visit.

Best tea room I've been to in ages. Sat in such a pretty garden, dogs were made very welcome. Sandwiches were fantastic, delicious bread stuffed full of fillings. Cake was divine. Will definitely be back.

This restaurant has a beautifully styled interior with gorgeous flowers, scrumptious homemade cakes, and tasty coffee. I love their creative take on takeout options, and you can also enjoy your meal in their lovely garden. I will definitely be returning.

Fantastic place. Great situation, staff food. If you can 't eat it all, you can have a doggie bag to take home. Beautiful garden to eat in too. Salad includes fruit strawberry, cherry, melon, grapes, orange and vegetables sweetcorn, tomato, cucumber, roasted butternut squash, beetroot, lettuce, radish, mange tout, and a pot of coleslaw

when we returned home from a dartmoor tour, we searched for a place for tee. from the main road in lustleigh we found primrose tee Rooms. it was as if I find a bit heaven! everything about this place is beautiful. the ambiente, eating (they also do lunch,) the service and the price-performance ratio, all about primrose was error-free. enjoy it as much as we do.

A lovely tea room with a gorgeous terrace garden! We sampled the salmon sandwich and the ham sandwich, both of which were delicious. It was a nice touch that we could choose the type of bread. We also indulged in chocolate brownies with caramel sauce, some of the best we've ever had. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return when we are back in town.

We had a really lovely time here on Sunday. Top notch friendly service, in a bright airy colourful space, the garden is lovely too although we sat inside. Absolutely amazing portion sizes and good value for money, lovely fresh homemade food, great vegan options and the best ever traditional cream tea, plus the most beautiful salad I’ve seen in a long time! Such a stunning location too in a lovey village with gorgeous walks near by, definitely worth the trip. A new firm family favourite, we will be back again soon!

Found this little gem via google maps when looking for a cream tea. Off the beaten track in a quaint little village called Lustleigh. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was made clear that if eating outside it was served as a takeaway in cardboard boxes so we elected to sit inside with our two dogs who were welcomed. Given the fragility of the china cups I can understand why they wouldn’t be used outside : The cream tea was delicious and I bought an additional cheese scone to takeout with a pot of jam. Will definitely be returning. Thank you.
