"At Misoya I ate one of the best ramen here in Milan. Both the broth and the noodles are very good indeed. The only flaw is the chāshū (slice of pork) which is a little too crunchy, but still very tasty. Also excellent are gyoza and tori kara age. For dessert I tried the tiramisó , a reinterpretation of the more famous dessert with the ú. This version is made with kinako (toasted soy flour) and a sprinkling of miso on the top. The result is a slightly salty dessert, but I must say very pleasant. As for the venue, it is quite spacious, well furnished and clean. The サンプル (sampuru) on display in the window are also cute, just like they do in many places in Japan. The staff is very courteous and the owner kind and helpful. The price is average. Overall, I highly recommend giving it a try.
