"Due to being delayed in the Apple store we were very late arriving for our table (1 hour). I did phone ahead but we were unaware how long we’d be so were not hopeful of getting a table. When we arrived the restaurant greeter and indeed the manageress could not have been more pleasant and helpful, and despite the restaurant being packed, we were allocated a table. Our server immediately introduced himself and contributed to making our evening an immense success. His personality was infectious and his knowledge of the menu extensive. The food was sublime and all in all the experience was amazing. Thank you to everybody and we will definitely be back very soon. Love Frances and Steven Bradwell x"

Have visited four times and on each occasion R&A was good, but not quite as good as the previous visit. Would recommend though.

Big menu but with emphasis on shellfish. Would have preferred to see more fresh fish choices. Food well prepared would neither recommend or dissuade others.

Fabulous place for seafood and fish dishes. The starters are amazing. I was a little disappointed in the bouillabaisse as there wasn't much fish in it. But I would definitely visit again.

Really enjoyed the meal and surroundings however although it did not effect us on this occasion the service in between courses might have been slow on another (seated at 7pm finished at 9.30pm x 4)

We visited last night and had the best seafood we've ever experienced. We enjoyed Irish oysters, caviar, and a selection of starters and mains. Our server was extremely knowledgeable and helped us choose the perfect wine to complement our meal. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone who appreciates great seafood, as well as meat options for those who aren't seafood lovers. What a fantastic restaurant! I won a contest on Facebook for a meal for two, and I naturally took my mother, the inspiring woman I had mentioned in my entry. The quality of the seafood, meat, and sparkling drinks was outstanding, even surpassing my expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the service was impeccable! The atmosphere was wonderful, and the decor of the restaurant was just right. I'm so grateful for everything they did! I will definitely be returning.

Lovely restaurant, really relaxing atmosphere and very comfortable. We were disappointed to not be made aware of unavailable menu items before the point our order was taken, which meant more time was needed to make a selection. Also disappointed that the “lobster ravioli” was packed full of prawns, and the accompanying sauce/foam was not really what was expected based on the menu description. The beef shin and marrow starter and pork chop main were both fantastic, as were the tuna carpaccio and oysters. Would happily visit again, but would perhaps ask more questions about the menu items prior to ordering.
