"we have already visited the restaurant for the fourth time and have decided each time for the evening buffet (All-you-can-eat). the buffet makes a very clean and tidy impression and consists of the ingredients for the Mongolian grill, such as different types of meat (including cervical and other “exoes”, various seafood and fish, two types of nude, various vegetables and mushrooms. There are also other buffets: a small salad buffet, which feeds hot with buffet, a selection of sushi, dumplings and suppen, the dessert and ice buffet and the candy buffet with, for example, chocolate and obligatory lucky biscuits. If you have put the ingredients for the grill, then you choose the sosse for the grilling kit. on one of our first visits, unfortunately, one of the plugs had come to eat in pieces. for the happiness we had found all parts in time. the ambiente we felt as pleasant and it was not too loud thanks to the distribution of the restaurant in three sitting areas. The staff in the service were always friendly and mostly flotted.A few reserved parking spaces are available for carers in the hof. As the heading of this contribution suggests, we will certainly come back."

Price performance was good, buffet was ok,sometimes you had to wait up to be filled, but this was because the warm-up containers were small, but it was always fresh! the only real negatiw point were those so bites that didn't taste me at all. everything in all you can eat there quite well.

we were there for the first time on a Monday evening and to our joy was ladiesnight. we women had to pay less and got another dessert wine. The buffet offers a great selection of different Asian dishes, already finished dishes, such as dumplings and barley dishes. you can also prepare a self-assembled dish with various meats, fish and vegetables from the cook. all those who were hired there were very friendly.Only minus point is that the tables and also the wall on which we sat were unfortunately not particularly clean.

After we had already visited another Mongolian restaurant, we were very curious about fulu. the Mongolian restaurantas are characterized by the fact that one chooses the main dish from a buffet where everything is rawly draped, and then handed over to the grill master, who then grills everything on the point, and the waiter then brings it to the table. we were very positiw surprised at the great selection of appetizers, main dishes and desserts in the buffet. positiw we also found that the main dishes were not served in dishes mixed together, but were served on large dishes so that meat remained with meat, salate with salat and vegetables. the selection was great, and the prices moderate. a...

"There's always a question (in my mind, anyway) as to Michelin's accuracy/usefulness outside of France. In the US, it's not very helpful at all and in Europe ex-France, I've found it hit and miss. Haerlin represented only my second stab at a two-star in Germany and the first meal (Heinz Winkler), while a thoroughly wonderful overall experience, felt like the second star might have been a stretch. Not so at Haerlin, this was a two-star meal that stands fork-to-fork with any I can remember. The food is stylized to within an inch of its life, but close to flawless in both conception and execution. Outside of a large selection of generally unremarkable breads and a luke-warm roasted onion broth added to an amuse at table side that probably should have been hotter, the meal was simply one perfect dish after another. Maybe the sorbet intermezzo was a little old school in such a fashion forward meal, but - hey - it was delicious! Keep it.The room is suitably formal, luxurious in a traditional style, and quite comfortable. The pace of service might be a little leisurely for some (I ate alone and the four-course menu (seven + courses, including amuses, etc) pushed it a bit, stretching just over three hours. However, the friendly and attentive staff kept an eye out the entire time and stopped by if the time between courses presented the opportunity. The somm, in particular, was a great diversion, visiting from time to time to discuss the varied and interesting wines on offer. He provided useful insight into the outstanding selection of trocken Rieslings on the list. He guided me to a 2001 Burklin-Wolf GG that, at Eu 150, was both a great bottle of mature white and a tremendous value for a wine of this quality in this type of restaurant. (Good luck finding a white burgundy of this quality at this price at any multi-star restaurant - or at retail, for that matter.) He also suggested a wonderful German Pinot Noir by the glass that worked perfectly with the meat course and wasn't terribly expensive. The list is extensive, but not the tome you see at some restaurants, but don't be fooled - wine service at Haerlin is both a major plus and represents notable value in the context of multi-star restaurants.I'm not going to argue two-star vs three-star because that distinction often seems to be kind of mysterious (and tangentially related to the food), but I will say that this place certainly deserves two stars. I had just a flat-out great meal. If you can work in a visit, Haerlin should be high on your list."
