"Leider nur toller Beginn: 4 spannende Amuse Geule und wunderbarer Riesling Sekt auf der gelungenen Terasse im ungemütlichen Innenhof der Edison Höfe. Von 2*3 Gängen des Lunchmenüs überzeugten Pulpo und Steinköhler, lediglich die Ente war 18 GM Punkte wert. Käse ok, Dessert uninspiriert und kontrastarm, auch das infolge Klagen nachgelieferte Erdbeerdessert überzeugte nicht. Brotangebot einseitig, Freibäckers Roggen passt nicht immer. Die gewagte Weinbegleitung harmonierte lediglich zwei von sechsmal. Sherry Fino, ungefilteter Tacheles und Cidre sind spektakulär, aber doch für andere Gelegenheiten gedacht. exceptionally good food. the best of menue is really the hammer. we have enjoyed our last visit in the current rooms of the pure substance. perfect service, best kitchen, interesting rare wine from the cellar and very beautiful ambiente. Hopefully, it will be pure or better to follow soon. next berlin stay we will miss the pure substance very much.

Från det att du kliver in till att du lämnar restaurangen får du en service som inte är av denna värld. Helt underbar personal som gör allt för att din kväll ska bli perfekt. Vi valde att äta 6 rätter men det kom in smårätter och soppa utöver det vi valde att beställa samt fyra extra efterrätter/sötsaker att avsluta med. Vi tog även vinpaket och jag har nog aldrig druckit så goda viner i mitt liv! Vilket ställe! Helt klart en upplevelse värd varenda krona. Boka bord i tid!
