"I was already often in this local restaurant and we can see that the owners are very hard working people, but this last time I went, we had very negative experiences. we wanted to order two pizzas for us three (one is 6y,) we were told this is...not allowed. we had to order at least one pizza and get more complaints after we had decided to drink water. could not understand what is wrong with the desire to have only water at midday, and the restaurant has calculated us 4chf for water! after this experience I decided never to go back. they better improve their service and hire to customers, badly stirred so quickly, especially among the locals."

"Tolles Restaurant für ein besonderes Abendessen in Versoix. Der Service von Francois und den anderen Angestellten ist unglaublich, mit freundlichen Vorschlägen zu Menüpunkten und besonders gut mit Allergietipps. Wir waren schon ein paar Mal und ob im Winter drinnen oder draußen im Sommer, es war immer eine schöne Erfahrung. Empfehlen Sie die Filets de Barsch von Lac Leman, die Lammkeule oder das Bassfilet!"

"A friend and I were walking the Way of St. James and passed this restaurant where we wanted to have a bite to eat for lunch. We were greeted in a very unfriendly way and looked at disparagingly because we were wearing hiking clothes and a backpack. The gentleman who served probably wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible because he was reluctant to offer us a table. Then when my girlfriend asked if she could even have a drink (I was about to eat) he told her it wasn't a bar it was a restaurant and ran off. An absolute cheek. We left the restaurant as quickly as possible without consuming anything. Service: 1"

"Magnifique soirée hier mardi 5 Septembre. Un accueil très chaleureux et très convivial et une atmosphère très agréable. Les pizzas que nous avons dégustées ont été absolument succulentes et très originales. Glaces et sorbets parfaits également. Rapport qualité-prix imbattable. Un lieu incontournable à Ferney-Voltaire. "The trip to Anières can be made by (infrequent )bus, or by car.There is a convenient underground public parking 3min.walk from Le Cottage ! You hardly see the inn as you approach it...it is almost hidden behind a hedge which hides a nice, shady...terrace The reception is courteous and friendly, in the traditional low key swiss manner.Sitting in the shade of a tree or a sunshade you relax with a cool glass of chasselas ,a wine while you peruse the menu.Of course there are the traditional filets de perche, the genuine ones, not the ones imported from Hungary or Baltic countries..but whatever is on offer on the slender but well conceived menu is worth your attention, including the venison during the autumnal season (la chasse).After a good meal taste their desserts before leaving for a stroll through the village and the countryside.You'll come back if you have the occasion to do so !"
