"Today was Martinstag and we were looking forward to a nice goose dish! Upon arrival in the restaurant we immediately noticed the undercooled room. Of course, we understand that gastronomy must suffer from high energy costs, but nevertheless the guest should feel comfortable and not feel comfortable. We did it that way. Our table was unfortunately not welcome because of the bright ceiling lighting and on request, whether we can change, the slightly cooled service worker has assigned us another table. On the map a goose breast with apple cabbage and dumplings was offered...Toll, the anticipation could begin! Then the food came soon. Unfortunately, no preheated plates that are in such a court is actually a nogo! Now for presentation and quality: The goose breast was cut into tranches, which did not exactly help to keep the temperature in unpreheated plates. Very fast the goose breast became lukewarm......A lukewarm goose breast, by the way without a beautiful crusty skin, but also fibrous and dry in consistency, you should not offer on the map! And now to the apple cabbage: the apple cabbage was served in a separate dish that was not guaranteed and probably never allowed to experience a spice.... Grobsponen soaked in water with boiled apple columns! Absolutely taste-neutral and not worthy of the beautiful vegetables.... How about a little cinnamon, laurel or carnation... Well to the dumplings: I'm sure the dumplings of Pfanni would have cost me better! For Dessert, I had ordered a Crème Brûlée, who can only prepare an amateur! The consistency was watery without a hint of vanilla taste... My conclusion / my thoughts on the moderate evening: We were completely disappointed by the quality, the presentation, the introverted service, the room temperature and the commitment to the guest! Certainly, we have high demands that we are aware, otherwise we would not have come to you. But these weren't hit in batches! It's not that bad!"

"This sounds good first, the fresh trouts right out of the neighborhood. I'm the only guest in the restaurant right after 12. That the trouts came directly from the neighborhood farming, I only learned on demand, I would of course tell the guest first. Nice to see the breeding pools right next to the neighbor, as the water basins swooped neatly and everything looked very well. For 8,50 per kilo, the fresh trout is to be bought, or smoker trout. Food The map clearly only 2 pages, one page trout offers 15,50 17 euros with different preparation, the other side: table top, bovine rug, carving, chicken breast fillet and pork medallions of 14,90 17,90. The trout offers are each with soup and dessert and salad bar, I ordered the trout fried in almond parmesan for 17 euros. I forgot the soup. The salad bar was still untouched and offered about 10 different salads and vegetables and a few different. Dressing. I personally don't like salad bar! It was all fresh and crisp and chilled and yet I prefer a fresh salad from the kitchen. I think a few hours later everything doesn't look so great, and I don't like the idea that every guest in the bowls touches. Water 1.50. The trout came after co 50 minutes on a hot plate and was nicely crooked and fried inside, also the skin with the Parmesanmandelkruste tasted very tasty, on the plate a few orange slices, peach columns and unfortunately only very thin slices of lemon, I would rather have wanted lemon corners because you can express them better. The trout 4 points. Salt potatoes were added in an extra peel, colourless without herbs but with a butter sauce. The men's cream lacked the taste and fluffiness, it seemed like wallpaper glue, and the chocolate spoon did not bring any remedy, a spoon was sufficient. The ambience The ambience has come in the years (60 70 years) but clean. The green table runners and the matching paper napkins provide some color. Candles on tables, no flowers, in front of the windows these sad flower pots with canned flowers that you would not voluntarily place yourself in the apartment. Wastel spatter and toothpick. Cleanliness okay"

"Landgasthof mit Saalbetrieb, das Lokal verfügt über einen Saal für Feiern bis zu (geschätzt) 80 Personen und einen kleinen Klubraum für (geschätzt) 15 Personen, der Gastraum ist, wie auch der Saal rustikal eingerichtet, der Klubraum ist eher moderner eingerichtet. Die Speisekarte ist recht reichhaltig die Preise sind den Portionen angemessen. Der Service ist freundlich und arbeitet zügig.Leider war bei dem von mir bestelltem Grillteller das Rindfleisch ausgegangen, dies wurde mir aber vor dem Servieren mitgeteilt und ich wurde gefragt ob es recht sein, wenn stattdessen anderes Fleisch serviert werden würde, da ich direkt nach den Weihnachtsfeiertagen dort war habe ich das toleriert. Insgesamt war ich zufrieden und würde dort auch wieder essen gehen."
