"We were visiting the cooking class Street Food Italiano. At the beginning there were mandatory cappuccino, espresso or classic coffee to know. Further in the kitchen there was an overview of the dishes and their preparation. The ingredients used, consisting of seafood, fish, meat and vegetables, were carefully compiled and of very high quality. Ervin gave a variety of tips, creating a good exchange and understanding of the preparation. It has been very much fun to cook with other participants and exchange ideas. The food was just excellent. A new interpretation of Italian cuisine! Also a great experience for companies or larger groups!"
