"Sensational performance!!! We held a family celebration at the Hotel Ross. Professional preparation and planning together with the boss owner a real family business everything has been thought of here. Great rooms which can make all the difference at a family celebration. A sensational menu the best Chateaubriand and a great catfish that can be seen beyond the borders of Franconia. Great service despite the staff shortage in the catering industry the Hotel Ross has attracted great talent!!! Chapeau and many thanks to the entire team around Julian Suess!!! BRAVO gladly again!!!!!"

Ein wirklich schöner Abend mit köstlichen Gerichten. Der Kellner war zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für einen besonderen Anlass sehr zu empfehlen oder wenn man einfach mal Gerichte auf höchstem Genussniveau genießen möchte.

For this, the restaurant is very good, the food is qualitatively far above average and the prices are reasonable. You should reserve a table beforehand. Bestes Restaurant weit und breit! Exzellente gehobene Küche auf Sterneniveau und hochklassiger persönlicher Service. Es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei und Menüs können komplett individuell zusammengestellt werden. Die Gerichte sind immer auf den Punkt zubereitet. Entsprechend meine klare Empfehlung.
