"This restaurant serves the best pizza and ice cream in town. The staff is very friendly, including the owner. I highly recommend it for dinner. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 5 out of 5. I recommend trying the Garlic Ciabatta Bread, Pizza Special, Salsiccia Pizza, Gelato, and Waffle with Ice Cream."

"We had lunch here today as we were in Evesham visiting the Christmas market. There were 7 of us and as requested we had pre booked our meals a couple of days ago because there were more than 6 of us, but it was a very easy process. We were seated immediately, drinks orders taken quickly and service was efficient and impeccable throughout. All the staff we met were really lovely too. Food was delicious. Atmosphere friendly and informal. Everyone else in the cafe looked like they were enjoying their experiences too, which is always a good sign. We're a pretty omnivorous bunch although two of our friends are Vegan and without exception we were all happy we'd chosen here for lunch. Wish we'd had room for dessert too, as the cakes looked great. Will be back."

"Just stayed here for 2nights. On arrival we had been moved rooms, we had an upgrade to the one bedroom apartment with river views. Stunning room, friendly staff, clean and tidy in all areas. We ate on site both nights, slight delay in getting food but well worth the wait. We had full English breakfast too and great breakfast for £10. Well worth a visit. Food drinks: We had gammon, burger, fish and braised brisket over 2 nights.all superb and bread and butter pudding was to die for. Thank you Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Great value"

"Went for a family meal and the food was absolutely incredible. There were 11 of us and all had 3 courses and was all brought out very efficiently and at same time. However..... My issue is myself and my partner had a room overnight and the key was bent (we were told on arrival) but we struggled for 5 mins to get out of room in morning and I feel this is a huge health and safety issue if there had been a fire we simply couldn't of got out! Plus only 1 cup provided and the kettle kept sparking and seen better days also when getting in to bed there was what appeared to be blood on bedsheets so removed before getting in. There was no handsoap provided in bathroom which I think should be."

"I don't normally feel moved to post reviews but, after we randomly picked the Oak for something to eat on a Saturday lunchtime, I thought they should get some coverage. The food was over and above what you would expect to find in a pub on the high street. Our meals were all of restaurant quality. The building itself is a traditional English pub although not your standard mock Tudor place; this being Evesham, it was authentically of the period. The interior, however, had a more contemporary feel but with traditional touches like a real open fire. We were out of its range but the flames could've benefited from a fire guard when the wood started spitting! We lived to tell the tale though... Finally, the staff were all what you'd want them to be, both hospitable and helpful."
