"I just want to say a huge Thankyou to the lovely Karen and ur Hardwick store in kings lynn.... my 2 year old daughter was stood admiring the Christmas animated teddies and she comes over and says hello and creates a conversation and says how good her lil dance to the tunes were.... then she showed my daughter an amazing rolling Christmas dog and then sd she was able to take it home.... I've forgotten what she called it but it was basically they were giving gifts to selected customers. I am so grateful and take my hats off to Sainsbury's for doing this and can't thank Karen enough for choosing us and being so lovely and wishing us a merry Christmas, I now have one happy little lady who will not let go of her new dog. Thank you again Karen and Sainsbury's"

The restaurant is clean and accessible for those with mobility issues. However, I’m not a fan of the new layout, as it seems like they've downsized the household section to make room for Argos.

Thank you to the wonderful cafe staff who kindly picked up my mobile phone and kept it safe for me when left it on the table. They even went out of their way to find me and return it! Absolute superstars!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE xx

My one big gripe is the lack of staff at tills, they've removed half of the staffed tills for self serve ones (which are usually having problems). Other than that, the Hardwick branch is good, with great bonus points on things I actually buy.

I would just like to thank Sharon on the bakery counter. My 23 month old boy was having tantrum, crying not listening to me and she came over distracted him and gave him a free biscuit, from the counter. Thank you very much for your support. Made my shopping with you a lot easier. Xx
