"Friends invited us to explore via Tasso (a bit far from the sea front and have dinner at Sakurajima. This not the additional Jappo. It really does fushion between Jappo and high quality fresh Neapolitan sea food. Well, seafood was fresh and somehow unusual, I had butterfish which I discovered in Tokio and Paris. Butterfish was matched with shrimps and scallops, lovely matching. We moved to the rolls and again the discovery was a good one (berries jam and raw fish crudité des poissons play a role indeed! . Table service was also fine; never poured any water and wine, waiters did finely the work for me. Pastries are from fine neapolitan patisseries and having them with warm sake was an exciting discovery. Prices are fair. It is worth to try it."

Sono tornato dopo un po', ma è sempre una grande cucina giapponese, provare la loro fusione, non è davvero economico, ma la qualità è lì.

merita la fama che ha. buon sushi tradizionale, sushi di fusione eccezionale. concetto molto interessante, ben gestito la fusione di sapori giapponesi e napoletani. bello che il nome è ispirato dal vulcano giapponese rispetto al Vesuvio. prezzi giusti con la forchetta.

Location accogliente seppure estremamente piccola, Ottimo connubio tra tradizione napoletana e sushi, ma ciò che dava realmente gusto erano gli elementi dai sapori forti (friggiarelli,pomodori secchi,frutti di bosco), il sapore del pesce quasi inesistente. Prezzi alti considerato che è stata una cena di pesce solo sulla carta e no nel piatto. Buona la cantina dei vini con prezzi modici. Non ci ritirnerei (fortuna che ho utilizzato promo the fork per la prenotazione)

Ero con il mio ragazzo ieri. Abbiamo preso dei gamberi a tempura, un tartare di salmone, un tartare di tonno e un insieme misto di rotolo. i gamberi squisiti, avrei mangiato solo quelli la tartare nulla che, infatti avevano poco gusto, i rotoli invece erano tutto tranne giapponese, ma c'erano friarielli, mozzarella, pesto ecc bella idea ma non mi piaceva, la quantità di pesce nei rotoli era zero. abbiamo prenotato con la forchetta, quindi con lo sconto. il conto dell'acqua, se non fosse stato con lo sconto, sarebbe stato super salato contare quello di cui ho scritto. totale: servizio rapido. personale molto gentile. bella ma molto piccola posizione.
