"As always, it was a lovely night at the restaurant. Instead of ordering a main course, I opted for 2 starters and was pleasantly surprised when I received double portions of one dish while my friends got their mains. The portions are always generous, the service is super friendly, and the food has a great home-cooked style. This restaurant is a favorite for me and my friends because we can bring our own wine at a more affordable price. The corkage fee is now £5 per bottle, but we are happy to pay it because everything else about this place is worth it. I ended up paying £20 for corkage, 3 starter dishes, and a tip. There are usually leftovers for the next day, which is always a bonus."

This is a brilliant restaurant, food delicious, service great. We ordered starters which was enough, all fresh and cooked to order. Good location too.

Great reviews on the website but sadly terrible, unless you're into the flavour of Knor stock cubes. Just watery, salty and bland. Would never know it was supposed to be Morrocan .......

The host is very welcoming and chats and will do anything for you. We came on a Saturday night early. We had a starter and main which were very tasty . Great portion sizes . A must visit in Chapel A View menu

I asked for a recommendation, as I tend to when I know I am in restaurants that serve authentic food. I had the chicken wrap with salad and chips. It was fully loaded and tasted amazing. I would go again in a heart beat and will.

Really poor. Should have realised when even the menu was filthy. Some food was tasty but some was bland. Biggest issue was that the pitta bread was actually mouldy. Waiter apologised but unbelievably the dish wasn’t taken off the bill. Lamb kebab was on the edge of being cooked properly as well. Not a good experience at all and corkage meant that we didn’t even save much for BYOB. View menu

I’ve been to this restaurant before when it was Samis and the food seemed much better then. The restaurant has had a refurb but the food quality seems to have declined. Lamb tagine should be tender, flavoursome surely served in a tagine. It was served on a plate not a tagine) you had to order sides to go with it I.e the couscous or rice as an extra. The lanb was tough more like mutton. It had a few apricots but it seemed the base was predominantly onions. I make a far better lamb tagine myself. I don’t think I will rush back.

We've been going to this restaurant for a while but tonight was our first visit since the rebrand as La Princesse. Pleased to see it's still absolutely fantastic. The food is brilliant my chicken starter was as good an entree as I've had in ages, so tender and delicious. The staff are simply fantastic, chatting to us about Algeria and indulging us when I'm sure we were being quite tedious, but more importantly, the value is out of this world. This restaurant deserves to be packed out every single night, it never misses and succeeds in every aspect. Could not recommend more.
