"For many years we used to go to the Restaurant next door, but this has now unfortunately closed down, so we decided to give Santa Lucia a try. Our visit went off to a rocky start, a Manager or Waiter told us quite rudely that since we did not have a reservation, there was no space for us, and he ushered us out of his way. We were a bit stunned by his treatment and were just left standing. The same person came back a short while later and mumbled that he could make space for us, and then guided us to a table at the rear, which was perfectly fine for us. Somebody else then came and greeted us warmly, taking our orders. The food was not disappointing either, we were well pleased at the quality and presentation of the main courses that we had ordered. So much so, that we even ordered a Dessert, which is not something that we normally do. To sum it up, if we disregard the entrance episode, the food and service were great, and we will come back, perhaps with a reservation next time."

Santa Lucia is always good option to go to. I had the pizza with spicy salami and it was delicious. The food quality is always at it’s best and the waitresses are professional polite especially Gonçalo. Definitely recommend this place! View menu

many cheese less pizzas are somehow boring, but I liked the pizza caponata (with rusty, but it works! . The pasta dishes are solid and one of them has tasty and surprisingly solid soy based meat balls, although they are not quite at the top of the meat substitute. overall, the restaurant receives four stars with the large amount and variety of vegan options. updated by previous review on 2019 11 23
