"Went to this place for lunch with six friends. First we had to wait like minutes before the waiter came to take our order and then another minutes before we got our drinks served. I would understand the long wait if the place...was crowded, but it was not. We all ordered frozen margaritas and when the waiter came to serve them she managed to spill two or three of them all over my backpackwhich is quite small and right under the table, so it was not in the way. Then it took her like minutes to come back to clean it up, we had to wipe my backpack clean with the seven napkins already on the table, without receiving new ones. When our food finally arrived only three of us got the food simultaneously and then the next two minutes later, the last two arrived minutes later again after that. Which means that none of us got to eat together. My meal was one of the last two to arrive, but it was the wrong order. I ordered some kind of beef tacos and received chicken tacos. Since I don't enjoy chicken I decided to wait for the correct meal rather then being fine with the wrong order. minutes later when my next meal arrives its once again not the correct kind of tacos, its the same chicken tacos as they gave me the last time. minutes later I finally receive the correct order and can enjoy my meal, lucky the tacos was very good. But by then five out of seven had already left, because we was on a tight schedule. We did not get offered a discount and the waiter did not even say sorry once for spilling frozen margaritas all over my backpack and giving me the wrong order twice. I spent two hours waiting for the correct kind of tacos and now have a really sticky pink stained backpack, but the food was nice. Thank you chef and definitely don't a thank you to the waiter. We also had to ask for new frozen margaritas, did not get new ones automatically after the waiter spilled them"

The restaurant is very busy, but the quality of food was horrible. I ordered tacos and the dough was so smelly that I couldn't touch it. The sauce had zero taste. My friend ordered a burrito and got sick after, the meat was not properly...cooked. Nachos with beef also terrible. Choose any other restaurant in Berlin, but not this one

We had walked past here the night before around pm and noticed it was extremely busy. The next day, we arrived just after pm and luckily got a table straight away! The margaritas were fantastic and the food was even better. One of...our friends is a vegetarian and had plenty of choices. The place has a great atmosphere and we were able to stay and have more drinks after our meal. Service was great and we would definitely consider visiting again

I rarely write reviews of places, but I also rarely experience service staff so totally unprofessional and petty as I did here. After being seated inside we asked to move outside when a table opened up which lots of people had been doing as we...waited in line. I guess they forgot, which is totally fine, but when I inquired the waiter yelled at me, effectively accusing me of lying, and said he didn't want to move us because he didn't want to have to carry our stuff to a new table all we had was water at this point, which we would have carried ourselves. He then ignored us the entire evening. The food is fine, not terrible, not great, but save yourself the humiliation
