"sapio is a restaurant adjoining the workshop of the chefs of nantes, recommendable chain of cooking workshops. Apparently, the restaurant would be the only initiative of this kind next to a chef's workshop. From the outset, the welcome is pleasant and punctuated with a welcome, which is finally quite rarely heard and is all the more appreciable. the time spent at the sapio was most pleasant, the meal is treated without dive into the unnecessary elaboration. the selection of wines complements the dishes perfectly and we get out in the end with an addition point too salty."

Are you looking for a different atmosphere? run at the sapio or you will discover an original frame and a careful service. dishes prepared in front of you by the chef and his team are tasty. fish dishes more fine than meat dishes. A little expensive anyway.

we tested this restaurant with friends, the decor is design and the connected order! I have a nice list of intolerances for my part, the team immediately offered me an adaptation of the custom menu, with a true will that it suits me, it was a treat! I strongly recommend this restaurant!

everything is clear from the origin of the products to what we will have in the plate quantities were more than correct and the quality was at the rendezvous nice atmosphere and it is nice to not have more tables (we don't feel like eating with its neighbor as elsewhere)Open but super quiet (it's rare)I recommend. I would put 5 stars can be at my next visit when I test the 5-course menu.

We found this restaurant on the internet. We went to eat in love. and that it surprises the exceptional quality of these dishes, they have a taste of nature, cooking of each food is different. We have lived a completely unique culinary experience! my companion took a classic menu, while I took the chef's pleasure menu (I don't know what I'm going to eat, I trust the chef and his inspiration of the moment). It was really delicious! I strongly recommend.

beautiful discovery of the weekend! delicious, well-presented dishes, all for an affordable budget. I now prefer to opt for this kind of restaurant with menus at 30 / 35 € but we really keep a good memory as the culinary experience is good. card that changes regularly! small flat for tablet order. I prefer to have a presentation of the card made by the server rather than reading the card on a tablet and have to make a choice on it. It was a little fresh in the restaurant room.

We both had a great evening with my mother. a warm welcome and a modern and neat deco. the kitchen is open to the room which is very pleasant. The concept of the restaurant (course of kitchen, sale of dishes and utensils) was explained quickly and clearly. We ordered on touch tablets, taking our time. The fish was excellent. crunchy legumes and panais purée: a treat! Our two desserts were also succulent: tatin pie and strawberry/rhubarb soup. to recommend for a good evening with family or in love!

"When in Nantes at the last-minute, I used my TA app on my iPhone to find something great near me. I called, and the person I spoke to couldn't have nicer, and said "come on over". I did. The restaurant was virtually empty, despite the fact that a couple of other places I called were booked solid and had no more tables available. The "acceuil" (welcome) couldn't have been nicer. The choices on offer were a fixed formula of 2 entrées, 2 mains, and 2 desserts. I was told that this was as they use only fresh products. I chose a main of cheese/pesto stuffed ravioli with a cream, tomato and cilantro sauce. It arrived quickly, but was maybe room temperature. The hope of fresh cilantro giving a "twist" to the dish, was there, but a bit in the background. I was a bit disappointed, as I couldn't identify the ravioli as being "home-made". In fact, nothing seemed to be fresh/hand chopped, like the tomatoes. I had the bread pudding for dessert, and it arrived also room temperature, was clearly "home-made" with pears, and clearly bread chunks on the top, with a swirl of chocolate for garnish. It was a bit dry, clearly not made very recently, and the inside (where the bread aspect should have been well-infused), was not throughout. The top of the "cake" had hard, dry bread chunks on it. My impression was that perhaps it was a "slow day", and they weren't putting much effort into it by serving something freshly cooked. There was only one other diner in the place. On the other hand, the serveuse could not have been nicer or more helpful. They feature an interesting international, short wine list with everything available by the glass. The dinner menu (on the blackboard on the wall), looked interesting. I think it merits trying again, if they turn on the stove and start serving food hot off the burner, as the interesting menu seasoning is attractive. Great service, but the food was mediocre this day."
