"Die Frage lautet: "Wie macht der Fritz Erni das bloss?" Ich kenne das Hotel Montana noch aus der Zeit, als es vor sich hin geschlafen hat. Dann kam der neue Direktor, Fritz Erni und hat es aus dem Dornröschenschlaf erweckt. Gerade ist das Montana zum weltbesten 4****-Hotel gekürt worden. Zurecht! Aber die Frage bleibt: "Wie schafft es dieser Mann, so tolle Mitarbeiter zu finden?" Wir haben einmal mehr göttlich gegessen und waren einmal mehr begeistert über die Kompetenz und vor allem die gewinnende Persönlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter. Nicht nur die Aussicht ist einmalig im Montana! Wir genossen das 5-Gang-Menu, das uns sehr schön präsentiert und ebenso freundlich serviert wurde. Das Rindsfilet war gut. Alles andere war hervorragend.Sehr zu empfehlen.

War konnten im Scala rin Abend Dinner und das Frühstück geniessen. Das Dinner war Hammer, das Essen war exzellent und sehr hochwertige Qualität, di einzelnen Komponenten auf dem Teller habe perfekt harmoniert. Die mega sympathische Bedienung (Frau A.H) hat den Abend perfekt abgerundet, danke. Die Küchenbesichtigung war sehr interessant.Sehr empfehlenswert und sehr gerne wieder.
