"Reservation online was easy, but the restaurant stay was unfortunately disappointing. It started that we were placed at a very gracious table right at the entrance but you can't do anything first. We were then, after a short time, at a table in 1. OG set, but we were warned that it was also cold and gigantic. We asked to be re-placed as soon as another table was released. We were assured. However, several other guests who came after us were placed at very much warmer tables. We were put to a table without a draw air for a renewed demand for the second of three courses. There were also blankets that produced a pleasant warmth. On our demand, why we were not supplied with blankets at the beginning of our stay, we were told that there were not enough blankets. The boss told us that because of the Corona pandemic and the associated loss of income, they would have to pay attention to a sufficient occupancy of the tables, the turnover must be correct, so that tables that are somewhat colder and exposed to the air are also occupied. The food was unfortunately also overly long. It took 30 minutes until we got a card, then it took another 15 minutes until the drinks were served. After two hours the main course was served! That's decided too long. A guest at the neighboring table, who came after us two hours, had received his three courses within 60 minutes and was finished with us at the same time. 30 minutes wait until you can place the order. 2 hours waiting for the main course. Zugiger Platz, missing blankets for heating preference for other guests. Never"

very beautiful historical ambiente and really very good kitchen with ideas. due to the historical spaces unfortunately somewhat higher noise level. but definitely worth one or more visits.

very nice ambiente in the lübecker old town. attentive service. However, the main course of our surprise menu was not satisfactory, as the wild rabbit was badly released from the bone. our advice on the demand of the friendly waiter was accepted and balanced with two espressi dessert somewhat. for a special evening we will definitely test the restaurant again . joachim and marion

we have been in a schlumacher for the second time after new opening. the surprise menus are excellently designed and tastefully a delight. also the service is very courteous, friendly and knows well with the food and drinks. the choice of wine can convince, but next time we would rather sit in the lower area, because there is less atmosphere in the upwards due to the proximity to the entrance and the low ceiling height.

Ein erstklassiges Lokal mit einer ausgezeichneten Kueche, vorzüglichen Weinen und einem tollen Service. Wir haben den Abend bei einem 5 Gangmenue mit korospondierenden Weinen sehr genossen, in einem sehr ansprechenden Ambiente und einem vorzüglichen Service. Ein Ort fuer besondere Anlaesse mit gehobener Gastronomie, einfach empfehlenswert. Wir bedanken uns beim Wirt, dem gesamten Team und kommen, wenn wir in Lübeck sind, bestimmt wieder.
