"such a beautiful place, can't believe we haven't been here yet. the employees are so inviting and such a wonderful waitress. a bowl of water waited for our dog and the beautiful owner brought a few domestic dog bones for him to chew. a wonderful meal the dover sole was amazing as the pork fillet carving with fried egg and sardelle. started with a cocktail of garnel smoked salmon and some scallops in a red wine jus, the delicious and finished with chocolate pecan tart omg sky on a teller! we will definitely return to the beautiful scutchers soon."

What do you want me to say? this is the best meal we had in a very long time! eating was excellent (the lobster ravioli was for dying, like blue cheese rarbit! the wee was so buttery quality (david moret rully and the service was onpoint and so friendly! thanks to the scutchers team for a fabulous night. highly recommended!

Sublime. This was the best lunch I have had in decades, never mind years. Fabulous food (I had the lobster ravioli, the Dover sole and the crepes suzettes), great wine list and a really lovely atmosphere. I really could not praise this restaurant more than I have, except to say if I could have given it 6 stars I would have done so!

Celebrating a birthday here again was everything we hoped. Drinks and nibbles by the open fire before going through to the dining room. Table decorated with birthday sprinkles and beautiful napkins. The food was exemplary, service with a smile and altogether a lovely experience. We can't wait for the next special occasion. Thank you Scutchers

We dine out frequently and are fortunate enough to go to some of the top restaurants in the UK. Scutchers is up there with the best ! Quality food well presented and excellent service. The Scallop starter was superb. Unfortunately the restaurant does lack a bit of atmosphere but that was probably because it was a quiet evening with not many covers taken . Highly recommended.
