The service was fast. Lives on weekends in the evening, hard to find the place. They have a few soft drinks and a separate smoking area. Very close location, easy walking distance from St. Gallen Main Station. Also easily accessible by bus.

Die Mitarbeiter sind erschrekend unfreundlich und hochnäsig, und ausserdem sind sie sehr hektisch, das kann man bei dem stress ein bisschen nachvollziehen, aber es gibt auch Grenzen die im Seeger St. Gallen überschritten werden. Nach ner harten Woche will man entspannen und nicht so ein Chaos. Da empfehle ich aufjedenfall jedem das Neugässli oder Tagblatt!

We took a burger and it was not ok: full of sauce plus extremely over priced for what we got. Also the fried potatoes were so thin sliced that I thought they should be served to kids not adults. Afterwards I had mint tea and Jesus even the mint was old and tasted really weird. The music choice is inconvenient in my opinion (very loud too). We were disappointed. View menu

Wir wollten an einem Donnerstag Abend im Seeger essen. Das Lokal war sehr gut gefüllt und deutlich zu wenig Personal im Einsatz. So kam es, dass wir wohl etwas zu trinken und die Speisekarte bestellen konnten und wir uns nach einer Stunde ‚unbedient’ für ein anderes Lokal entschieden haben. Um die Rechnung zu bestellen, mussten wir noch aufstehen und den Kellner suchen. Schade!

Mega arroganter Laden,....schlechteste Bedienung seit langem. Jedesmal eine Enttäuschung. Ihr Lieben geht bitte wo anders hin....Heute spezial: Angestellt für Terrasse.... Bedienung informiert für 3 Personen. Gruppen vor uns ohne Reservierung Platz zugewiesen. Wir nunmehr auf der Poleposition.....nach 25 Minuten, dann die Auskunft...nur mit Reservierung....und sie war nicht blond....letztes Jahr, vor der Welle, schlechteste Drinks....hier nur Bier, wenn ihr unbedingt ins Seeger müsst.

We visited Seeger for Brunch (only available on weekends and holidays). Overall, it was a nice experience, with good and friendly service, very cosy ambiance and good-tasting food. However: Chocolate “Chip” Pancakes are just normal pancakes with chocolate sauce (Nutella) in them. They are advertised as “with Chantilly double cream” however, as can be seen, there is barely any cream. The pancakes themselves were slightly burnt and crumbly rather than fluffy. We paid CHF15 each but I believe that their actual value would be closer to CHF10. Note: they normally come with almond sprinkles on top, but we ordered them without. View menu
