"We live in Milan and went to Lago Maggiore for the long weekend. The outdoor dining space is very nice and the food was good (though the lobster catalana was definitely overpriced for size). However the staff and customer service left MUCH to be desired. With the exception of one younger waiter, all others were entirely too pretentious, especially for the quality of the restaurant. I would not dine here again as I feel the service was not what is expected for the price."

Had such a wonderful time here! We were last minute celebrating a birthday and the food experience and service couldn’t have been better! Lovely bottles of champagne and even turned on Stevie Wonders Happy birthday with dessert ! Loved this place for a celebration, intimate dinner or just a good time! Non ho utilizzato il ristorante solo l"hotel. Camera tripla grande ma con condizionatore che funzionava non al massimo e per il prezzo che si è pagato sono venuti a fare la camera alle 14 che noi eravamo usciti già dalle 9. Siamo poi dovuti uscire dalla stanza perché dovevamo fare la camera e quindi non abbiamo neanche potuto riposarci col caldo dei 37 gradi fuori Rooms: 3
