I visited this restaurant for over a year and finally had the opportunity to see Simon Long and his team in the kitchen. I ordered the pastrami sandwich and it was fantastic! I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting York. You will not be disappointed! View menu

If you find yourself in York, whether as a tourist or a local, be sure to take a drive down the famous road, The Shambles, and visit this place! I have never encountered a restaurant that puts so much love and attention into their products, resulting in such delicious flavors. As a vegetarian, I highly recommend trying the Grilled Cajun Haloumi wrap, it's my go-to meal here. The soup is also incredibly tasty!

I was hesitant about trying this restaurant at first, but my sister insisted that we go since she had read good reviews. The guy behind the counter warmly greeted us and showed us the selection of hot foods on offer. The Chicken Thai Green Curry was delicious, served with rice and a zingy coleslaw with a tangy and spicy sauce. It was a flavor combination I had never experienced before. I can't wait to visit York again and try more dishes from this place!

We went in because the pulled pork smelt so good and the reviews looked amazing. When I realised they had a vegetarian soup I had to try it. It was the best soup I have ever eaten.
