"We picked this restaurant as it was recommended to us by a friend. The food and drinks were great but the staff were something else. The man that served us was sooooo rude. He saw we were waiting for the bill and ignored us. We asked for the service charge to be taken off as I wanted to give a cash tip and he was really rude about that as well. I work in hospitality and if I acted this way my manager would be having words. We might return again."

I booked online two days in advance for a pre show meal , I received an immediate email confirmation. I arrived and all went well with the booking. The server was attentive and helpful, the food came in a timely manner and was very good.

Ideal post Palladium venue for a meal. All four of us loved everything we chose and service was excellent. I have very fond memories of Spaghetti House as I worked for six months with the two families who owned the chain at the time advising them how to avoid what could have been going into administration. I was keen to go there today and it was great to see they have a strong business.
